I love how this fit perfectly in a small corner and opened up space in my bedroom. I initially bought it to go at the foot of my bed. But the view behind the headrest is too ugly. Its definitely made for corners of a room. No sleeping on it or your back will hurt. But its great for quick sitting to put on shoes or have a chat.
The look is high end sleek and modern. I purchased this for a small narrow space and its perfect. It easily folds flat to be used as a bed. Looks can be deceiving! The comfort of this is absolutely poor. The only comparison I can think of is Drs office waiting room. Since this is for guest use I will get a mattress topper when its used. Keep in mind matching ottoman is wider than the chaise. I purchased it to put at the foot of the lounger. Its much wider. Great storage with hydraulic lifts on lid.

Unfortunately after 3 weeks, the seat cushion stitching is coming apart in multiple areas. Poor quality product. Needless to say, I returned the sofa. gets 5 stars for easy process for returns!!
Really, I would say that the price is comparable to other sofas I have seen. The stitching is uniform, with no noticeable imperfections. The straps that hold the rolled cushions could be better reenforced. I can see those separating from the back cushions in short time. Otherwise, seems sturdy. Not hard to get the legs on, no bad threads or anything when screwing them in.
Overall, I would say above what comes out of High Point, NC, or Low Point NC if you live there.
Delivery guys... Best not said about them the better. I just hope they get into rehab before its too late.
Wasnt sure what to expect from a couch on , but I love it! Its on the more firm side, but I prefer that because I think it will hold up better over time. Very comfortable, looks amazing and I like it better than the designer couch I had before. Highly recommend. Delivery was great too! So nice to have someone bring it up the stairs and set it up for me.
In the pictures I liked the look of Futon and the linen but after buying felt not comfortable. It is so hard in middle where is the hinge of seating. My son got hit badly at that place. It has springs inside and you can feel them while seating.Not a good quality. In the first month itself the half of futon seat bulged up and the remaining half is flat. It is looking weird now

Seat cushion stitching is coming apart

Pleasantly surprised by quality
