Easy to assemble. Very classy looking. Didnt like the hardware it came with just because it didnt match the bedroom decor. So purchased lamps and hardware from and it looks amazing
I ordered 2 to use as nightstands. They look great and are the perfect size. They werent too difficult to assemble either. My only problem was with the packaging. The pieces were protected well, but they were covered in tiny bits of styrofoam. I had to wipe down every piece before putting it together. When everything was assembled, I still found styrofoam bits everywhere and had to wipe down each nightstand again. In the end I wound up having styrofoam all over me and my house.
I was actually a little impressed with the quality of this considering the reviews werent so hot. It boiled down to needing to buy one in a short amount of time for a Christmas gift (and being sold out of all their black nightstands). I have a small bedroom shelf thats as well, and although its cheap, its held up surprisingly well over time, so I figured I would give this one a shot. This nightstand was a lot better quality than I was expecting and I didnt have any issues whatsoever with assembling it by myself (for reference, Im a woman). It didnt take long for all the screws/whatnot to become loose (within a day at most) and I did have to go back and re-tighten everything. At the end of the day, though, I would totally repurchase this again. It was exactly what my daughter had been wanting and didnt kill my pocketbook in the process. Which is good, since my daughter has since burned a ring in the top by spilling acetone on it. Sigh...kids.
So it looks nice and seem sturdy enough but the way the drawers stick is way frustrating. I even took it back apart and put it back together... Simple things in life like you purchase a brand new mid priced item, you expect at least the drawers to be smooth. Yuck. I should return it but it is such a hassle. Buyers beware

I got the item after a month wait, and looked through the directions and parts. Yes, there are people like me who do that...
Anyway, I noticed one of the listed parts was missing (large cam). I followed the instructions how to request the missing parts. First replacements were lost, so a second shipment placed. Somewhere along the way the first shipment showed up and a day later the second. Each was the wrong part (small cams).
After several emails back and forth it was determined that the small cams would indeed work. I tried, and can affirm they do. So dont be alarmed if you get 20 small cams instead of 12 small 8 large.
After that, assembly was quick and easy; I had it finished in about 30 minutes (only because I am very OCD about the studs being straight etc). Looks good and works well.

Drawers stick but looks nice
