problem I had. I talked with Cathy in Customer Service and was treated to an extremely helpful and courteous solution to all my questions.

Great piece of low budget furniture! The package was extremely heavy - I'm pretty strong and never had problems moving a furniture packaging from point A to B, but this one took me a while. You may want to have two people for this job, although I was able to do it myself (I'm a average sized woman with above average strength). The manual was very well written and easy to follow, and the assembly took me about 3 hours. The reason why I took off a star is because they gave me 4 right drawer railings instead of 2 right and 2 left. Their website has a very easy section for ordering missing parts - just have your manual handy for all the numbers needed. Overall happy with the purchase. Very sturdy piece.
Update: the missing pieces were delivered right away. I think it took about 4-5 days, but that's counting the weekend.
Moved into small apartment with too much stuff. Still unpacking. For the price, it's a good deal. Looks nice. Wish shelves held more weight. If your floor is not level, you'll need shims to level it or the doors won't align up to open and close easily. It looks nice. Does what I want.
Purchased two of these units. The first one I opened had 5 pieces that were cracked really bad. Emailed the company, and they were great to work with. The second unit had one board with a crack as well, but didn't affect the stability of it.
It is a really nice cabinet. It is a little wobbly, so you may want to anchor if you have small kids who climb.

There were some places where pre drilling was missing. So it's recommended to have a drill and some bits to make you way thru.
Used 18v automatic screwdriver. Will highly using this even if the assembly booklet says otherwise.
In the end was pretty satisfied with the end result.

I like it and was what I expected. Bought it to keep grandchildren's toys in it. It took my husband about six hours to assemble it. One of the drawers does not line up properly.
The upright center panel was broken and unusable, the remaining parts were fine. I contacted , per the manual, and they quickly replaced the part. As other mentioned, the construction took two people and required very close attention to the instructions, specifically, the direction the finished/unfinished surfaces faced. Once constructed, the item seems much more sturdy than the individual pieces were. I learned my floor was uneven so I had to add shims under a portion of the base to level the cabinet so the doors squared up and matched. It works for the purchases I ordered it (holding my sewing supplies). I was very happy to find this product through for $150 less than another online site I almost bought it from. For the price and ease of delivery of an oversized item, I think it was a very good buy. 's response to my broken piece makes me more apt to purchase a product produced by them in the future.

Great cabinet right design for each type of storage space: drawers,hangers . Not really huge one but good for organizing different clothes
