The written instructions are sparse but the pictures are right on. Surprisingly good quality and sturdiness. My wife was expecting ugly print but she said its the best looking fake furniture shes seen.
Ive had quite a few things to put together by myself within the past few months. This tv console was, by far, the best. The instructions are spectacular, its clear, precise and comes with pictures to ensure you are putting it together correctly. The fireplace is beautiful with it and I love that I can turn on the flames without turning on the heat. Great sturdy product for a great price. Perfect with my 65 inch tv
This stand was nicer than expected. The instructions arent great, but the key for me was really looking at the diagrams. The text instructions are vague, but when I looked at the diagram, I got it.

Easy to put together. Heavy. Fits the 55 tv. The only thing was the trim piece on the bottom was cut to short. Small gap on the left bottom side of the stand.
