Awesome loft bed but not the easiest to assemble

My daughter loves this bed for her room which is on the small size.We were hoping to put her storage dresser under to free up space around but now she loves to sleep on the bottom and save the top for sleepovers. We bought the full size. I tried to assemble myself, but definitely needed a friend mostly for support because I was getting so frustrated. Not all screws went in flush but we managed to get it to a point where it was very sturdy. We added a few more nails just in case.

Ladder broke in less than a week

Seems sturdy enough except that the ladder broke so quickly. Was a bear to put together though

After 5 months Loft is falling apart! Need a new loft! cracks

June 2022 Update after five months of owning this: Bought it in February, now in June I have to buy a new loft bed! And Im just a 15 year old girl. Feb. 2022 There are pros and cons to this! I put together this loft bed 3 days ago, so far so good! The building process was slightly tricky halfway through construction but as a teenager who was doing this as a solo project, for a full size loft bed, this is very sturdy! including the ladder! and I like how much extra room there is under the loft bed. Everything came with a surprisingly good packing job and everything was intact. My only concern so far is that when I was drilling in the screws for the supports slat the wood had cracked on both sides. It was a small crack, and I was able to have one screw on each side that did not have a crack with it. So far the crack hasnt spread and can easily be glued together. I made sure that a carefully and securely put all screws and bolts in place and I was able to sit on the loft bed as I was dragging the mattress on without any concerns. I dont know if it is a hit or miss with this purchase so far as quality goes, but it looks like most of these bad reviews are from people who had this loft for 6 months or longer. Hopefully nothing bad happens with this loft bed. I know that some reviews are saying that this bed has became a bit wobbly because of the flat head screws, and from my personal experience with constructing a twin size loft in the past from a different company, it did get a bit wobbly after a week or so and after 2 or 3 episodes of screwing in the bolts to the loft, it was sturdy! I dont know if my loft will also become flimsy after 6 months or so but I guess I will find out! If anything does happen with my loft, or 6 months from now it will remain perfectly fine and intact, I will do an update review so anyone will know if this bed is a good deal for its low price.

    3 year old loves is

I love the product as a whole it was a bit bigger than I anticipated and it made me a little worried about it being for my 3 year old but he gets in and out like a champ. The only downside to the bed is that the holes for the headboard, footboard, and thin connecting rails did not line up exactly so I broke a few of those wooden pega. However the beds integrity was not compromised and still sturdy as can be!

    Pleased for the price!!

Was not hard to put together. I do recommend reading the instructions all the way through first because we had to take the bed apart in places at time to make other pieces go into place. All in all we are very pleased with our purchase.

    Cute kids bed

My daughter loves her bed. Pretty easy to assemble. I wish there was some padding or something where the slide connects to the bed.

    Good for short singles

Im an adult thats roughly 200lbs and this holds up great 4 months in. I was able to assemble it by myself, though having something/someone to help would absolutely make it easier. Squeaks a bit but nothing too major. I do recommend checking the bolts every once in awhile as the frame settles, but thats to be said with any new furniture.

SPEND YOUR MONEY ON SONETHING ELSE

We needed a loft bed for our son who is 4 almost 5. The bed wasnt difficult for my husband to assemble he is the handy one. It had missing pieces he was able to work without because of his skills and a piece was broken. not a support part. and extra peices that we didnt need. We would have tried to return but once its up kids dont see any of that so my Son loved it and we are keeping it. Hope this helps. Also its already messy you know you know!
