    Good bed for the price

The bed looks great in the room. Not a piece that you would want to move multiple time. Its fine for the money.

    Absolutely Adore It

I waited a long time to write a review on this. I wanted to live in the bed for a while before reflecting on its quality or functionality. This bed is everything I dreamed it would be. I love this bed. It looks absolutely amazing. The quality is unbelievable. The weight is fabulous and sturdy. We are so thrilled that we tried something new and scary. I remember reading others mention the black backing on this bed. It is a very simple fabric that covers the back. Truthfully, my bed is against a wall and I havent noticed it at all. This material in no way affects my appreciation of this bed. I did quite a bit of research before we purchased this product. Some reviews made me nervous about the wooden slats, so I decided to buy a bunkie board instead. We drilled a few holes in the bunkie board frame for the gas lift mechanism, and just swapped it for the slats. This was so easy and it works perfectly. The bunkie board has its own metal support bars, so I cant comment on the issue some people have had with the center support bar bending over time. The bed is sturdy and silent for us. Im fairly petite and I can easily raise and lower the bed. I love the extra storage. I cant believe every bed doesnt function this way.. they should!

    Good bed

Note: this bed frame is very heavy so be sure to have help when you get it delivered. My husband and I were able to move it into the guest room together, but I wouldnt have wanted to do it by myself. It also helped to have his assistance when I assembled it (put it together in the room where it will belong because once its assembled, it is difficult to move). It wasnt that it was difficult to assemble--it was not--but it was a little awkward at times to hold things evenly while we put the screws into the pre-drilled holes. With two people, it was extremely easy to do. I like the padded headboard because a lot of our guests like to sit up in bed and read before going to sleep, so it makes it a lot more comfortable (I tried it, of course, before we had guests). I love the creamy color of the headboard. It goes very well with our off-white color scheme in the guest room. It is very soothing. I also like it because we didnt have to get a box spring. A simple mattress was sufficient. Weve had two guests sleep on it and both said they loved it. (One person asked about the bed frame because they were interested in getting one for their house.) It is a little low, but at our age (and the age of most of our guests) that can be a blessing. I am glad we got this frame and it has worked out really well for us.

    Easy to assemble

Got this for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it. She was a bit hesitant with trying to assemble it herself, but she said it was super easy to put together even by myself! It was only in 8 pieces with one bolt. The other bolts were already in place, you just had to loosen them and snap everything together. I built it in 10min. Looks great, too!

Attractive, easy to assemble Queen platform bed. No box spring needed!

We got put this in our guest room. It is attractive and took my husband about an hour to assemble. Instructions were clear and all tools were included. It looks expensive! We have a number bed and it requires a firm foundation - this frame has enough cross slats that we didnt need a foundation or box springs. PROS: Easy assembly. Good pictorial instructions. Looks great. No box spring needed. Very stable. CONS: (Not really cons, but things to note) you have to assemble it IN the room youre going to place it. It is quite low to the ground - our under bed storage will not fit.
