Put together myself after service no showed. I am a single female and did not require assistance. If you do not have assistance I suggest proping the frame on a chair while attaching as holding and attaching solo isnt possible. Works great, son loves it
Really nice bed, great neutral color. The quality far exceeded expectations considering the price. Assembly was quick and easy. Love the roll out velcro slats. The only concern I thought I was going to have was the plastic legs but they actually seem really sturdy. Bought this for my teen daughters room and she loves it!

Directions were easy to understand and parts and hardware were clearly labeled.
It took 2 of us about 3 hours to completely assemble and we are very happy with the results.
The boxes were pretty beat up when they arrived, probably because they were so heavy that every warehouse worker or delivery person pushed or pulled it across the floor. But, the parts, included the padded parts were well protected with cloth and cardboard packaging.
This is beautiful and is just as pictured. The only issue we had is that our mattress is very thick, so it almost dwarfs the headboard - and that is without a box spring. Other than that its great, a good deal for sure.
I love it! I would absolutely buy it again. Easy to put together, sturdy, looks gorgeous! It comes all compact and zipped up within itself. Took it up the stairs in pieces. The box is way too big and heavy to move alone. Super awesome life purchase.
I purchased this for my daughters apartment at school. As others have said, the box is heavy, so we just took the items a few at a time up the steps to her apartment. It was easy to put together, once we realized the screws were not missing, but just in place to be loosened when attaching the appropriate pieces. It is a nice sandy taupe color and blends well with her decor. We topped it with one of those memory foam mattress in a box mattresses. It certainly is sturdy enough for her purposes, but I dont think its going to support two larger people for a length of time. It would make a great guest bed.
This is a great bed, really easy to assemble and very sturdy. Im knocking one star off because of the color, it is more tan than it is light and its too much of a hassle to return at this point. Still a great bed.

This is a great bed, really easy to assemble and very sturdy. Im knocking one star off because of the color, it is more tan than it is light and its too much of a hassle to return at this point. Still a great bed.
