Update: So there apparently is no customer service for . They are just an importer and dont support these units in any way. There are no replacement parts available. If you have an issue, your only recourse is to call but only if they are the seller. If you bought from anyone else, good luck.
I had two assembly issues:
1) both of the drawer fronts have wooden pieces stapled on that the drawer sides screw into. On both drawer fronts, while screwing on the drawer sides, the wooden pieces split and I had to use special melamine glue to secure the fronts to the sides.
2) both shelves were finished on the wrong side so the lacquered surfaces faced down and the unlacquered surface up. Im going to try calling customer service to try to get replacement shelves. Ill update this review after.
The directions were very easy to follow. But, when I got to the door hinges, I had a really tough time getting them to tighten up.So they are still loose. The paint smell is strong as well. But, Im still glad I ordered it. Make sure you have time and patience when you start it.
This cabinet fit perfectly where i needed it. I built an outdoor bathroom shed and furnished it. The room was tight and i had 1/2 to spare. Assembly was easy. I had to disassemble and re-assemble in the tight space, otherwise it wouldnt have fit. The top has a few ridges that may be difficult to keep clean but otherwise, very classy.
Wasnt really that hard to assemble. Although sometimes I found myself in very awkward positions trying to screw in some of the screws. Cabinet is beautiful. The back panel however there were no holes in the wood to screw in the back panel. So I had to find some small nails with bigger heads to fit the back panel on and nail the panel on. Assemble from the box was package great. No damage whatsoever. However the color shows distressed grey looks more like a distressed brown color more than grey very little distressed grey on cabinet. I really wanted it to match the other pieces in my living room set so everything matched. So color was off a lot.
This is a great little cabinet. I use it as part of my icon corner, but it would be great as an entryway cabinet. The drawers are on the small side, not a lot of storage. But for a small space it is great. Looks very attractive and has a small footprint. It was pretty easy to put together.
