The bed is fairly sturdy but there are lots of bolts, nuts and washers to assemble the frame. One of the welds on the frame split in half after being secured to the rest of the frame (still negotiating a resolution) but otherwise it is sturdy. Just be careful not to over tighten the bolts and screws.
No complaints, so far we have had these for couple months now!! kids are 5 and 6yo about 55-60lbs holds up really good. No damages or scratches it arrived in perfect condition!
I purchased the bed and one part was not connecting well. Customer service promptly responded and replaced the bed. I would highly recommend this company.
If you don't have carpet on your floors the bed easily slides. I would suggest getting some Grippers so it's harder to move.
My grandma went to sit on her new bed and it slid as she did. Otherwise she loves it! It's cute and took a minute to put together by myself (I suck at this crap anyways).
