Great piece. Took 3 hours to assemble. One door came with NO screwhes in it. So we had to guess where the holes should go. This couldve gone really bad because the door needs to close evenly. Looks great. Its a little shorter than I wanted but Im very happy with it.
First the hardware didnt come in the box which was a huge disappointment. However, I called customer service and they were amazing. They overnight-ed the parts and all was well. The only complaint I have about the actual buffet is that the picture makes it look much bigger. I did see the dimensions but I had a different image in my head I guess. Its more short and stout rather than proportioned like the picture shows. Overall I have actually grown to really love it. If youre measuring correctly and are okay with the size, you wont be disappointed by the piece.
Receiving was a challenge as it had missing parts, difficult communication from India and the Phillipines, trip to in Woodinville to pick up pieces where they did not want us to come, but only alternative.
The buffet, however, is great.
I was able to assemble the unit myself in 2 1/2 hrs. All the parts were included and the parts packaging was well marked making it realitively easy to sort out for assembly. Instructions were pictoral, which eased the assembly process as I did not need to spend time reading what to do. The finish is attractive and fit in with the decor of my room and the space I had available. Once assembled, it is a sturdy unit. Although not required, I did utilize some carpenters glue for the drawer and some of the parts.
