I have a one year old DSH and he loves this piece. My issue is that the flaps provided to wrap and make the enclosure do not last against kitty claws. Ive had to replace it twice and Ive only had it less than 3 months. I do like that it doesnt tip over when he jumps on it. The ramp is pretty useless unless its used to scratch on. The last con for me is that it sheds easily and my cat comes out dusty looking after hes been inside the bottom enclosure(the crappy flap)

The sellers contacted me and sent me 3 new flaps for free. Have given them extra star for their good CS. Once these 3 are used up i will order more from them or remove it completely as i did while waiting for the replacement flaps.
What a Wonderful nap spot on sunny afternoons! Our kitten absolutely loves his tower! When it first came, he was too small to climb ? up. Within a couple of weeks of trying and falling off, he figured it out and now loves it!
I wanted a cat condo that would allow my kitten to sit in the window and watch the birds if she wanted to, but also included boxes she could hide in, as she tends to enjoy this. This condo is the perfect height for my window sills in the room where I placed it. The top seat fits just beneath the sill. My kitten is now 8 months old and she can sit in the seat/bed, but she takes up the entire thing if she tries to lie in it, so she rarely does (note / she is a Maine Coon). She loves the boxes and enjoys hiding in them and attacking anything that moves past the area. She is easily the size of a typical grown cat (12lbs) and this is very sturdy when she is playing on it or jumps to the top perch to observe the great outdoors. We both highly recommend.
My cat uses it to look out the window. Finally the right height to see the birds outside. She is 16 lbs, anything more would be tough to fit inside. Getting up so high is tricky as theres not a large step up. But the birds excite her enough to find her way.
When I received my original order, it was missing many parts. I exchanged it, and the packaging was intact. It assembled real easily. Very sturdy and nice quality! I recommend it.

solid design, wood veneer looks pretty realistic, tools included for assembly.
