Assembly is very easy, couch is great for small spaces, color is definitely grey, comfort is likeee a 4, cushions could be more maybe dont air pack them, loveee the ottoman, it is interchangeable!
I was really excited to get this couch. Once we got it together the frame is bent, it doesnt line up on the bottom, one foot doesnt touch the ground. Highly disappointed.
I loveee the texture and the color. The futon is very firm and sturdy. The assemble was easy. As a woman, I assembled it myself. It looks great in my apartment. Thanks for good and perfect instructions.
I ordered about 2 months ago and was lost in transit, so l got a refund and order again l likeee the style and the fabric, but when l seat can feel the wood is not really comfy.

I had a very squishy couch before, so comparatively, I thought this couch was too hard. However it is simply memory foam type upholstery that conforms to you after a few minutes and is actually very comfortable.
One pro tip for any potential buyers: The instructions have you put the arm rests on last. I suggest putting them on before you attach the 2 base pieces because its rather difficult to put them on after the fact. Definitely need at least 2 people to put together. On ones own, it could be difficult (but not impossible).
The item came quickly, which I appreciated. I assembled it with little difficulty, however it was not at all comfortable. Called to return it the same day

Hard to sit on. I dont know about sleeping. I likeee the material . The pull out bed doesnt line up nicely , but works .
