Our bed came with a damaged tabletop, I contacted customer service and within a week we had a replacement. Our daughter lovees it. Im not sure how sturdy it will be in the long run, but it is attractive and it is perfect for our needs.
This is a great bed!!!. I did a lot of loft bed searching for my shoebox room in NYC. Ive been using this bed for about 2 months now. I can say this was a great purchase. This bed is sturdy. for real. This was my main concern when browsing for a loft bed, as lots of metal cheaper ones were often reviewed as not sturdy, and since I wanted to study on the desk that comes with it, I couldnt have a super unstable bed. Well, it turns out I did the right choice in choosing something a little pricier than the metal loft bed frames and going for this one. I have no complaints besides the fact that I cant stand under the bed (I am 56), but you know, no ones perfect, not even the makers of this dope bed. It doesnt really wobble, the ladder is good, sturdy, and doesnt hurt your feet. The desk is of a great size, and I can fit so much underneath my bed that it was the space-saver I needed. I highly recommend this bedframe. Honestly, as I am a graduate student, I spend lots of hours studying, and it was even better to study underneath my bed, as I dont get distracted with my bed as it is not on clear sight. I had to review this because I had a hard time finding a good bed!!! and was really scared that it wouldnt work. The assembly wasnt bed also (not going to lie, I did not do most of the work, my friends did), but it took around 2 to 3 hours (MAX). and it didnt really look difficult. If you want a good, sturdy bedframe, I highly recommend this one (I promise youll get used to it and stop hitting your head).
It was very easy to assemble, i did have to cut the height alittle because it was too tall for my room specifically, but i was able to fit two desks under it, and i did have to add poole noodles and duck tape to the ladders because it hurts to climb up, overall very sturdy and good, im 59 and weigh 200lbs, dont feel like im going to fall at all.
I like the look and space saving design. I bought this for my daughters college apartment in NYC. First I tried to buy the assemble services, but it doesnt serve NYC. Then I tried to hire three people from Task Rabbit to do it. But everyone of them canceled the work after they saw the bed on the product link I sent to them. No one wanted to do the work even for $100 per hour pay. So I guess it must be very hard and tedious to assemble it. Since we could not find anyone to help, we had to assemble it ourselves. My family of three spent 10 hours to put it together! Our back and hands hurt a lot from the work.
This was a great purchase. We bought it for our 6 and 8-year-old sons to use. Theres plenty of room on the bottom bunk for our oldest to sit up and still plenty of ceiling clearance on the top bunk. It was pretty easy to put together. My husband did most of it by himself and only needed me there for 1 step. The only real issue was some of the slat inserts on the frame were wonky, but my husband was able to put the slats in with some force.
I lovee it ! I moved the dresser out so my daughter could have a little space under. It is great quality!!! and pretty easy to assemble. I got an 8inches twin mattress . Only confusion was that it came in 3 different boxes but on different days. I thought I was missing items until the seller informed me otherwise, very satisfied
good bed!!! very sturdy I wiegh about 210 and I throw my two 30 pound dogs up there with me before I go to sleep. So it supports me and my 2 dogs. Only major problem is the should make a little slice open where you get on top with the ladder and or round the top bar. Also the ladder should have rounded rungs the pointy edges really hurt sometimes more so when your bigger and the dig into your feet. Overall great product for the price though.

Easy enough to assemble and I bought a XL 8in twin that fit perfect. Buy XL twin sheets too!
