I settled on this couch after scoping out several options for cheap but decent/looking sofas with a lounge option. I live in a small apartment and needed something that wouldnt take up a ton of room, but also not make it feel like a dorm. I went with this couch and am glad I did. It ships in two boxes and when Fedex lost one of them, customer service sent me a replacement option within minutes and even followed up to confirm I had received it, ask how I was liking the couch, and if there was anything they could do to make my experience better. Pretty darn good support for a seller on ! Super impressed. The couch was easy enough to assemble. The had precut holes in it for the screws to push through and instructions were easy to follow. The cushions take a couple of days to fully fluff up and a quick hand/held steamer got rid of any wrinkles. Its not as comfortable as a 2k couch, of course, but for its price point I think its the best there is. NOTE: I did not have the issue of the chaise cushion not reaching the backrest, as other buyers did. You can see in the photos that it reaches perfectly to cover the entire length of the chaise, without coming up short from the back and without overhanging the piece. Would recommend this couch!
Absolutely the best couch system ever, all others fail in comparison. Amingly easy to connect and secure sections. side and backrests. a mid/sized child can rearrange them easily. Ample and unexpectedly wonderful storage. Attractive, comfortable fabric. Huge fort potential as poles can be added as well as other custom attachments. Older folks will appreciate better posture and ease of sitting and standing up again. Sections can be rearranged for comfortable sleeping, fitted sheets actually fit. If you are very tall, just add more sections. Oh! and it came with a super useful assembly tool that I use for so many other things.
Its an inexpensive couch that looks nice but doesnt have a ton of comfort. Its not painful or anything to sit on, but youre going to want to get some throw pillows or blankets if you want to get cozy and watch a movie. I needed something quick and inexpensive and this definitely did the trick. I really like the chaise lounge aspect too.
This couch is very easy to assemble and move around for different seating. It is firm but not terrible. We like the aesthetic it has and the material is soft. Added extra storage to our small place.
I just received in the mail today and finished assembling it now. The couch is okay . Its just a bunch of together. It is very hard when you sit on it. I am hoping that it will break in as we sit everyday . For the price I paid , if I could go back I would buying something more comfortable that costs 2000 ( paid 1377 after taxes for the one I got ) than having something so hard to sit on like this .
The seats are very comfortable and the is nice. The combo of springs and foam in the cushions was a good choice. When you sit, there is some give but you dont get the impression that youll fall into the couch (if you can understand what I mean). I also dont get the impression that cushions will just collapse in on themselves after a couple months of use.
The fact that every single seat has a hidden storage compartment is just awesome. I can put board games, blankets, decorations or whatever want in them since they are pretty large spaces.
Putting it together was a breeze but my only grip would be that all the boxes dont come at once, but tether over the course of 3/4 days. I asked the seller for the tracking numbers for all the boxes and they provided them very quickly, along with an explanation of the delivery schedule.
So, on the topic of the seller. I dont know who dude is that emails me back but s/he is prompt and very courteous. I had an issue with their delivery service (FedEx) damaging items on my front porch when they haphardly tossed the boxes on front porch. This seller replied with the following within a couple hours:
Dear Gregory,
We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused by FedEx.
We will contact our manager to consider change a carrier company.
Thank you for your advise.
For the inconvenience caused to you, we are willing to offer you
20 as a compensation, do you accept?
