This storage cabinet turned out really nice once I got it assembled. It has lots of nice features like the little fold out desk/work station, half shelves, storage hooks, and upper cabinet. It looks nice and is the perfect size for the space we have for it. A lot of the other options we looked at were too deep to fit in the space where we are putting this. I was glad to find a slimmer option. It has a cute appearance. Assembly is a tad difficult. The instructions are by pictures only. Some of the parts werent labeled. This made it hard when youre trying to figure out left and right pieces. I had to disassemble a step a couple of times to get it right. For example the roof pieces need to go on right side first then left, as youre looking at it from the front. I also didnt notice that I was supposed to use the dowels to help connect top and bottom wall pieces. But it was easy to undo these and get it right. A little more instruction would help. There are pilot holes on most pieces, but not always on the pieces youre connecting them to. But it always worked out ok. Be careful with the hardware. There were exactly enough screws. So you want to make sure you use the right ones in each step. Fortunately all the hardware was labeled. It probably took about two and a half hours for me to put this together by myself. Some of the steps would have been way easier with someone helping. You will need a drill with a Phillips bit to do this and will need to adjust the torque occasionally so as not to strip the screws or split the wood. Overall, it turned out great, in spite of weak instructions.

I found every bag of hardware and every piece of wood to be labeled/numbered. Pilot holes for nearly everyplace the screw needed to go. The instructions listed all the part numbers needed for each step with the pictures.
I guess they heard the complaints and corrected the problem.
Modern day cedar will never be like a hard wood.
Decent unit for the money. Small shelves will likely require reinforcement at some point as the screws can only go so far into the structure to hold them.
Some of the instructions could be better. One part could be assembled in two orientations - had to best-guess which way, but got lucky and guessed correctly. The dowels are not shown in the actual assembly area (which resulted in taking one section apart to in order to insert them once I noticed). Another piece does not show that the best location is not a central one but is much better flush to the top of the piece below.
Oh my gosh. My husband surprised me with this adorable storage unit. I needed something to keep my gardening tools etc. It works perfectly. I store tools, dirt, gloves, yard art etc. I still have room for small items. We got it put together in a few hours. No problems in doing so. If you want something different then the boring old storage shed get this. If you have LOTS of big items to store I wouldnt recommend it.

I love this shed! I needed something to contain all my gardening supplies on our patio, but I also wanted it to look good so this shed is perfect!

Due to mailing,several pieces skuffed and one blemished. Otherwise pleased. Would buy again. Skipped the shelves.
