Quality very good and very sturdy but between the lower bed and top bed its very low, my almost teenager had to bend her body to sit in her bed on an 6 in mattress but we were able to put extra pieces of legs on the 4 sides about 6 inches more. The stairs are a bit high for a 5 year old but have a lot of space for toys or clothes. Overall its a very good bed. One more would like to add it will take a long time build especially if you have no clue or never did something similar.
I could not have made a better decision purchasing this product instead of the cheaper bunk bed sets that I looked at, its beautiful wood and very sturdy which is exactly what I was looking for, the description given for this product is spot on. Dont even waste your time getting the other sets because they are cheaper, spending the extra money for this set is very worth it, if you dont have all of the money upfront does offer a payment plan. As far as assembly I cant really comment on it because I paid to assemble it for me but it was 2 guys and it took them between 1.5 to 2 hours.
First, the support for the slats broke. I tried replacing the support with a heavier duty board. Theres not enough strength in the frame to support it. Then on the first level bunk, the entire side board split up the middle and broke. The wood is simply not heavy duty enough for kids. It looked nice, but its now useless after a month.
Bed arrived with a massive crack in one of the pieces. There were other superficial dents and chips that dont bother me but worth noting. The bed took 2 professionals 4 hours to build so if youre hiring someone else to build it, I would factor that into the price.
Overall the bed seems sturdy and fit for purpose.
BUT the top bunk wobbles far too much and the stairs creak too much that my older wakes up my younger one almost every morning when she comes down the stairs.
As I said in title. Better than bunks weve had in the past. We just replace a shaky one and I think this one will last now till they are out of the bunk beds
I never write reviews but I was so impressed with s customer service I had to make an exception. The bed is very sturdy and instructions are clear and easy to follow. I assembled the bed on a Saturday and the last part to go together was the under bed drawers. Upon unpacking I found that we were missing a small wooden piece for the base of one drawer. I sent an email at 6:00pm on a Saturday explaining our issue and received a response in less than an hour! said they would immediately let their warehouse know and rush us out the missing piece which we received only 4 days later. Great customer service and a great bed! Buy with confidence!
It wasnt terrible. We got it together (just my daughter and I) with minimal tears and curse words. It took us the weekend and my daughter is thrilled with her new room. Its very sturdy, came in 6 boxes and arrived 3 days after ordering.
I wish the boards were labeled better. The instructions were ok but it would have been better and easier if the boards were labeled bettered so that you could match them up quicker. I would suggest a power drill to screw in the boards and all. Overall, its not a bad bunk bed set. Our son enjoys it.
It was a great purchase! I would pay for assembly next time. My problem was with shipping which was completely out of the manufactures hands! I know that it would be almost impossible to do but I wish the hardware came in each box in case they are delivered mixed up and out of order.

Takes time to get it together but seems really sturdy and well made. There is a strong smell from the wood finish, but fades with time.
A complete bang for your buck and a must buy

Broken beyond use in a month
