    Looks good

Comfortable. Holds weight well. Semi difficult to assemble but not overall bad. Sleek and updated looking.

    Nice chair for price point

This was our second choice after returning a chair to a local store that was damaged and the only one. We hunted for some time, but chose this one as it was about 1/3 the price of the other. It was easy to assemble and holds a recline position. Also- it shipped and arrived way ahead of schedule. So far its soft and comfortable and the ottoman is great. The cream color is beautiful.

So far its doing what I need

Took me a couple hours but that was with a few breaks because of my back pain. I didnt find the directions until I was done (it was hidden in the footrest) but I made it with my own knowledge. It was frustrating for awhile because I couldnt find the instructions and anything I researched did not have them so I was going by a blurry photo here on a review lol it worked out though

Sellers are easy to work with

These chairs are very comfortable. The color didnt work for me. They are more cream - yellow. The sellers worked with me on the return and are very good to work with. Recommend these chairs from this seller

Chair looks great and wasnt hard to assemble. The swivel portion is cheap. Isnt as smooth as high end chairs but for couple hundy, it works.

    Too short, uncomfortable seat

I bought this for my disabled father so he would have a sturdy chair to sit at his TV table with. I wanted something that turned so he could spin it away from the table to sit, but not a computer chair that could roll away on him, or a recliner which would be too bulky for the table. This chair would be good enough for that purpose... Except it's almost 4 inches lower than any computer chair or recliner we've ever had and isn't height adjustable. That means it's farther for him to sit down and much, much harder for him to stand up from. I could forgive the other flaws if it was a normal chair height, but it's 14.5 inches off the ground at the highest point of the seat. Even trying to use it myself as a computer chair, it's absurdly short and I have to bring my elbows up to shoulder height to reach my mouse and keyboard. Other cons: -Putting it together was more difficult than an average chair like this due to bad fittings. -The back is plush as heck, but the seat is kind of thin and we can feel the inner framework. -Even if the height of the chair was normal, the arm rests are super low in profile to the seat. -Turning feels like using a pepper grinder and isn't smooth at all.

    Good quality

The packaging was sturdy. The instructions are minimal, but it makes sense once you get started. It took less than 45 minutes to finish. Its not that hard for one person to lift/move. Be careful to wash hands / work in a clean area during assembling. Dirt shows instantly.

    Nice comfortable chair

Received three days ahead of schedule. from time of unboxing to fully assembled was about fifteen minutes the chair is 90% assembled already you just gotta bolt them together, Written directions were easy to understand and follow. One person job IF you use the seat bottom to hold the seat back and guide the bolts in. Arm rests were very easy to install (not sure why folks had issues). All materials are nicely finished and sturdy (mine must have been built on a 9AM Tuesday) nothing looks cheap. Comfort, Chair is still new only had a couple of weeks. Was a little firmer than expected but is getting more comfortable as I gain more seat time! Swivels very nicely. Reclining was a little rough at first but a few sprays with some white lithium grease has cured that (plus figuring out the adjustment screws).. Have actually fell asleep in the chair a few times and was very comfortable. For myself the back support is to my likening! As far as that goes I am very pleased with the whole experience! I managed to read almost all the reviews before I received the two boxes and was skeptical to say the least. But everything turned out just fine and I have a nice comfortable chair to watch tv in. Gotta say every one that has seen it and sat in it comments how nice and durable it feels! Sure wish I purchased this chair when it was $100 cheaper but it is what it is with the world pandemic and all (not really sure how that effects assembly quality) but I can see the shipping cost added in raising the price! All in All, I am pleased with the chair and would highly recommend purchasing one (or two) as quality, workmanship, assembly and rapid shipping all met or exceeded my expectations!

    Piece of Junk

The materials are as cheap as they come. The faux leather is so chintzy I know my dogs nails would go right through if he was being bad and jumped on it. The construction was awful as well. A screw was inserted by the manufacturer to attach the wood frame to the metal frame. It was screwed in so crooked it was cracking through to the outside of the wood frame. The wood base was chipped also. The color (saddle) was much more chocolate than the photo shows. Anyway, I returned it. Absolute junk.
