Received these about 5 days sooner than expected. When they arrived, one box was badly damaged and I expected to find broken parts and missing pieces. But everything was there and in perfect condition. We put all four chairs together in a couple of hours and they look great. The material gorgeous and goes well with the darker legs. They are very comfortable to sit in. We love them and would order them again.
My expectations were exceeded when I opened this package. The chairs were well packed. I just finished putting these together this evening. It took about an hour for the pair in total, but would have taken less than half of that if I didnt have to use the Allen key. It takes so much longer to screw them in with that.
The fabric is nothing fancy but feels nice, the cushion is surprisingly comfortable, and the nailheads look nice and uniform. The color is a true grey. The construction of the cushion appears quality.
I only had a few complaints. I had the same problem as another reviewer: one of the bolts in each pack was not manufactured right and would not fit the included Allen key. I have a set of Allen keys of different sizes so I was able to use the next size down and tighten those two screws that way. My other complaint is that the paint is very sensitive, and one of the feet on one chair has a defect where it had a raised lump of product on it. I had to scrape it off with a knife.
The chairs were packed well, but the bubble wrap around the feet is very tightly taped around and you have to slide a knife or scissors underneath to cut it off. Doing that scratched the legs. Also, the plastic protectors on the feet were painted but the paint was easily flaking off and not bonded well, so I had to scratch it all off so that I could stick some felt protectors on them.
Overall, these look chic and were a great price, if I needed more Id likely repurchase. I recommend these chairs.
The chairs are great and arrived a week earlier than expected! Easy to put together and sturdy. The cushion is full and doesnt lose its shape. The only issue i had was one of the longer bolts was missing in one of the packages and i need to find one similar to use. Also some of the bolts dont work with the allen wrench due to manufacturing issues but if you have plyers they work pretty well. Over all very happy but i just got them yesterday so we will see in a few months how they hold up.
Handsome set of chairs. Sturdy hard wood. Easy to assemble. However, if I buy these again I would have pick the wood seat version. The upholstery is nice, but the bottom was cover with this cheap fabric that would fall apart in a couple of years. Id rather buy my own seat cushions. Its a personal preference so if you want the upholstered seats then go for it.

A little cheap on padding but the outer fabric is great...
...and has already stood up to a fair bit of abuse and has resisted stains. daddy loves it!
