Table arrived on Mothers Day 2022 which I thought that was nice, However the counter top has two chipped corners and in less then a week the priced dropped by big differance $110.00 less then what i paid for mines ($444.00 tax) Please I would like to request a discount towards my purchase since is also damage on two corners. I am a regular costumer and would like to continue being your costumer. the rest of items ordered were great! thank you for your consideration in this matter.

My counter set was hand delivered to my home. Packing sturdy and plentiful. Assembly instructions including packing list were easy to work with. My daughter and I had the 4 chairs and table assembled within 2 hours. When complete we had one wood screw left. Everything else was accounted for. Would definitely buy from this company again.
This table and chair set is just awful. Reasons being: 1. Hit my knees and feet on the middle shelves consistently. 2. No room for leg movement due to middle shelves. 3. The assembly was tedious; do-able, but tedious. 4. After a few months, the screws that hold the seats began to fall out. When I tried to re-screw them in, they just wouldn't go. Decided to make starter holes using a drill bit. Broke 2 of my drill bits due to drill bit getting stuck in the seat's wood. 5. Called manufacturer to get a replacement seat and/or chair, no response. Still waiting.
There are better table sets out there, just keep looking would be my sound advice. Good luck.
Scanned the internet/furniture stores for MONTHS before we came across this one. I finally found the perfect, grey colored, bar height table that I wanted for the right price! The package was a little damaged and extremely heavy. It Is not cheap, flimsy wood that they make this with. We had to help the ups man carry it up our stairs. Lol but after it was put together, I realized when we move it will not be a huge pain, as each piece is easy to move around! It took about an hour for two of us to set it up. We couldnt find the manual but easily found the instructions attached online! Have had this table for a few months now and we absolutely love it. Though the package was damaged, all of the pieces were protected and we have had zero issues with it. I am very happy with this purchase and would do it all over again! Would highly recommend
I dislike that the tops of the chair corners keep popping out and the table needs more space above the chairs. Is actually sturdy and hasnt broken with my boys.
The delivery team was punctual. They called 10 minutes prior to their arrival. They brought in the merchandise, put it together, placed it where I wanted it, and cleaned up in under an hour. I love my table, and it is very sturdy!
