Very good quality table for the price. The glass is quite heavy and the natural wood is exactly the look I wanted. The assembly directions from the manufacturer are terrible. Just a drawing of the table and no indication of how the legs should be positioned. We were unsure at first whether the rubber pads attached to the table legs should be a barrier between the table and the floor or a barrier between the wood and glass top. I looked up the original Noguchi design and we ultimately put the rubber pads between the wood base and the glass to prevent the glass from sliding. Concord Seating was great to work with. The product came very quickly and packaged extremely well. The were quick to respond to questions and followed up multiple times to ensure I was happy. Definitely above-and-beyond customer service. Id purchase from them again.
It goes well with my Eames sofa and love seat. You dont have the engravings showing it is real, but other than that it looks and feels like the real thing.
Extremely high quality. The glass is VERY heavy. Best to have two people to handle it. The base requires one long screw, provided, to be attached with an allen wrench, provided. The base is easy. I dont think there were any instructions, but all it takes is to look at the product picture and put the screw in to connect those two middle pieces. Packaging was excellent. It took longer to unpack it (have a vacuum ready) than it did to install it. The lacquer, is, as promised, high quality. Highly recommend this table. p.s. The glass is tinted green, just as shown in the picture. You only notice it from the side because the beveled edge is thick. My table right now is on a black rug, so I dont see any tint from the top looking down. I plan to replace the rug with a white one so that the base is more visible. The tint will probably show up more then. I personally like a light tint on glass.
Quality is superb. Glass top 1/2 inch glass is beautifully cut and finished. Base is solid walnut. Very sturdy. A perfect replica of a timeless classic. Arrived crated and well packed and protected. Highly recommended purchase.
was sold out, but 1 lexmod walnut came up in warehouse deals. I ordered it. The base came without the glass top. After opening it, the walnut was really cherry. They sent me the wrong color! I called to complain about missing glass and wrong color. They said return and get a refund. Which I did. While packing up the base, there was a extremely small label that said base shipped first, top will ship later. ehhhhhh. Overall impression package was decent in cardboard box for the base. Came with a long allen head bolt to assemble legs. Kinda like a bmx stem bolt. Seemed sturdy.
Lost interest in replica and order a legit one. The table came fast all together, flawless in a wooden crate. Nothing beats the real thing, but for the price guess the replica is good if you willing to deal with hassles.
Lexmod is one of the top companies making a noguchi replica i guess. Wood is solid rubber wood. Not veneer. Real noguchi is real walnut of course.
