We love this chair. We should have bought one years ago. I had back surgery and this chair was my savior. It's so comfortable that I fall asleep in it and the lift is great for my back and hips.
My husband purchased this recliner for me after shoulder surgery. I have to say it is a very comfortable recliner. The power remote has long enough reach for me to adjust the level of recline with my good arm and the lifting motion is such a great help. My husband assembled it in less than 30 minutes. I trully recommend it. On a quick note it arrived sooner than predicted. A satisfied customer from Texas.
I am a big guy; 350 pounds and waiting for bariatric surgery. I damaged my spine 9 months ago and the pain and weakness in my legs is profound.
I put off buying a lift chair for 9 months because of mixed reviews. I liked the look of this chair and it was everything I expected from the photos.
Pros - It was shipped in 3 days, and comes in just one big box with two parts. The bottom cushion and motor assembly are attached, so the only two things for assembly is to slide the back on until it clicks in place.
The second thing do is to plug in the transformer to your chair mechanism and make sure no wires will be pinched. I used cable ties to secure floppy wires.
For me it is very comfortable and fits my big frame. The remote is simple: Just two buttons - one is up to lift, and the other button is down to recline.
The motor is smooth and does not strain to lift me.
CONS- It is a big chair and took up most of my space for company and to recline you need a clear path behind the chair for it to extend.
I like the color, the comfort, the smoothness of the motor and the price. It does not have heat or massage but you can buy shiatsu chair cushions. I added a chair protector for $25 that fits it perfectly. To me it seems well made and is stable in all positions. Because I kept dropping the remote I added Velcro to it. TG
This chair is pretty good. I have 2 issues. 1st is when reclined I find the recliner declined. It goes down without me pressing the button. Its very slowly and you dont notice it right away but after a few minutes you can notice it. I need my legs raised as high as I can get them and this does the job. Its just after a bit I notice they are lowered. This happens every time. Its bearable. Its not too big of a deal since it doesnt recline fully down. Its not terribly a huge amount. Its just noticeable. Its only noticeable since my legs have to be up high. I just dont know why it does it. And 2nd my daughter who bought me the chair, spoke to a gentleman who called to see how it was working and she told him this and he told her there is a dial by the motor that might need to be adjusted but theres no dial or anything you can adjust. And he offered her a partial refund of 80$ and never sent it. So now I see the chair is 50$ cheaper than she paid and I feel shes definitely entitled to a reimbursement since we only have the chair about 4 months. And she talked to him within 30 days. So I do feel the recliner is definitely comfortable but its the little quirks at why I gave it a 4 stars. Who can I rectify this with???

Excellent quality for the price.
Very easy assembly. The motor is nearly silent and the lift is very smooth. Perfect chair for my elderly mother who broke her hip last year.
Comfortable
Bought for my husband he loves the chair

Great deal
Purchased for my mother who's ill, she lives it. Said it's perfect, works great and easy to get out of. Not slippery so she's not scared.
Not the very best!
Not very comfortable. Chair does not recline enough for comfort.

Just grand!
Absolutely fantastic! Makes it so easy to get out of chair being disabled. Comfortable, spacious, easy to assemble.
