    Great Recliner/Lifter for the Price!

I have looked at many lift chairs and they tend to be very expensive. Also, many are not very comfortable. This chair definately hits the sweet spot in comfort, studiness, features, and price. It looks great, and is very comfortable. The hand controls are especially useful for those who are unable to reach under the arm (which is usually the place for electric recliner controls). The lift puts the chair in an almost upright position so is a great help when trying to stand. Both the lift and the reclining occurs slowly as to not cause injury, and the motor is very quiet. Assembling the chair is fairly simple, just align the connectors on the arms and back with those on the base and push idown to lock nto place. The padding on the arms have zippers on them to keep them in place (as well as velcro covers to hide the zippers). The only disavantage I see is that the chair has to be kept about 21 inches from the wall to allow it to fully recline, but I would NOT deduct a full star because of this. Definately worth a try!

    Not bad

Very sturdy very comfortable good chair for the price works as it should just don't like the way it adjusts when reclining you cannot control between the feet and the back so you're always leaning backwards

    Good, not great

While the chair was quite comfortable, the lift bar was cheaply made and ended up snapping.

Good lift chair, very good customer service, manual no worse than many.

This chair is very helpful for someone with knee and/or back problems. The compay is very quick to respond to questions/issues and the people who respond are most helpful. The chair does have an issue with zippers that are supposed to hold upholstered armrests in place, the zippers being difficult to use. However, it is hardly necessary to use them since the armrests are also held in place by velcro, which is all that is really needed. The manual could use an English lesson. The worst part of buying this chair is that it is shipped via FedEx which caused several problems, none of which were the fault of the shipper, all the fault of FedEx.

Appears to be as promised just assembled yesterday.

The Recliner arrived earlier than the expected delivery date which was nice. It is comfortable and was rated from my research as being in the top 7 Recliners of this type. Powerlift. Nice and simple. I did not want all the bells and whistles of massage/heat. My only desire would be a longer foot rest design. I'm 5'6 so for someone taller this foot rest might be disappointing. Overall nice chair and decent price.

    Nice lift chair

Purchased for my elderly parents for ease of sitting down and rising back up. It works very well and I recommend it to anyone in need of such a product.

    smaller than expected

This is a good chair from a responsible company; however, it is smaller than expected from the advertising. It is heavy and needs two people to manage. The company's response was quick and generous. Even though it is not what I expected I am satisfied with their response. Be careful unpacking, if you want to return it you will need the original packing.

Not as Sturdy as I thought it would be !

Exactly as pictured ! When My Wife get up or Sits down in the Chair it has tendency to lean to the Right ! Easy to put together !
