The only bad part was that the unit was a complete flat pack. I had hoped it was at least partially built, but you know what they say about hope... After that minor disappointment, I have only good things to say about the unit. The instructions are super clear and easy to follow, aided by very clear labeling on all the components. Everything fitted together without needing adjustment or swearing. They even include a bag full of extras for each item of hardware, so youre covered if you drop a screw down the A/C register or there is a missing plug from the main package. I built it without help without issue, but there are a couple of steps that would be easier with a second pair of hands. The quality of the materiel is very good--solid wood as promised--and you would certainly pay 50-100% more for this furniture from one of those famous named furniture stores.
This cabinet looks nice when assembled but the assembly is a bit of a hassle. I am no stranger to assembling furniture, this one was just a bit more difficult due to the quality. The pilot holes were ill sized and often times not fully drilled, so using a screwdriver I REALLY had to press when screwing things in. But decent value for the price.
For the price I know I should not expect showroom quality furniture so that being said, I was still disappointed with the quality of the hinge hardware as well as how the doors line up once assembled. And as one person mentioned, ours also had the manufacturing flaw where one piece is missing the holes, so we were unable to install both shelves. So with only one shelf, it looks awkward through the glass door. The assembly took about 1.5 hours and I am an engineer. It was somewhat frustrating because the instructions are not consistent and you would have to jump ahead to see how the piece is used to confirm the prior instructions. If you are looking for a functional piece or one that would be used for a few years this may be worth considering. I would not recommend if you want something that you expect would have the quality and look that would be long lasting.
I originally bought it for dining room however I occasionally got a 65 inch TV which is too big for my original TV table to fit in. So I took the legs off and I found it perfectly matched my TV! I am surprised by the multi function of this closet. It took me an hour to assemble the closet together which is not bad, after all it has four doors and many layers. In general it is a distant closet!

It easy to assemble. Just follow directions. Also I love the soft close doors system. For the price I was expecting less quality.
