My 8 year old and I bought this for his two guinea pigs. They loved it once they got familiar with the three stories! It was relatively easy to put together; what I found difficult was the placement of the lower bars that held the litter box tray and lower wire floor. I ended up putting them in incorrectly then figured out there were two sections, one for the litter tray and one for the wire floor. All together it took us about an hour.
Cleaning is pretty easy, trays slide out nicely. I think with guinea pigs it would be nice if the litter tray was a bit larger than the cage, just to catch the waste that falls out of the cage if they dont go to the bathroom in the little litter box we have in with them.
But overall they love it and its much better than the smaller cage most pet stores sell!
This is a great cage, the only problem is that the bars are made too far apart. I have degus that are about the same size as a chinchilla and they are able to squeeze through pretty easily. Other than that the cage is well put together, sturdy, and large enough for them to play.
The cage is beautiful and sturdy once assembled. The welds however are another story. The tack welds on this cage are not good. Several were not attached when we opened the box and one weld on the top portion the cage popped off during assembly. Like I said the cage is beautiful and as long as you have zip ties handy to put things back together, it is a decent cage for the price.
I had ordered this cage for my sugar gliders and the bars were too far apart to put them in. The first cage got delivered to an old address 40 minutes away and FedEx was supposed to take care of it but they never would call me back and when Id call they kept giving me the runaround but luckily the company sent me another one to the right address which made me happy but I wouldve been happier if they couldve sent me one that my gliders could fit in. I would definitely buy from them again if they sell cages that my gliders can fit in without being able to escape.

The instructions were a little unclear but easy enough to fix if needed. Very spacious and easy to move on wheels.
I love this product and my chinchilla does too! No complaints just a little hard to put the top of the cage on but other than that its aming and super easy to clean!
I love this cage, not too sure our guinea pigs like the levels. The assembly was fairly easy and did not take very long to do, clean up is a breeze, the cage is on rollers and we move them around alot.

overall a great cage
i bought this cage for my rats.they love iti would recommend this cage for large rats as smaller rats can get through the bars

Good quality product. I did have to wait till my pet rats were about 4 months old before they could not squeeze past the bars.
