We had an issue with the delivery (FedEx said it was delivered, but it was not). We contacted the seller and they were VERY friendly, receptive and helpful. The cage showed up several days later, thankfully but we were EXTREMELY impressed with the customer service.

My chinchilla likes this cage, alright. When he runs on gis flying disc, the doors rattle like hell. There isnt a ton of vertical space; very little horizontal space, but hes pretty happy because we made him a cave to hide out in. The home was easy to assemble with two individuals. it is quite attractive compared to other critter homes. The slide out drawer at the bottom makes it a breeze to clean. Chinchilla poop doesnt go flying everywhere. It is an ok place for him. He moves into a new apartment every couple of years, so this is good for now he is 14 years old. Bless his mess.

Its not a rat palace, but its a standard 2 br 1 bath rat apartment. Perfect for our single girl shes gonna make that extra room into an art yoga studio. As soon as she gets her car paid off
Its great but the bars are so far apart that my rats can just squeeze right on through, no problem. Even my friend who has a ferret said their pet would squeeze through them. Im going to have to add some sort of netting or wiring around the outside but other than that, its very spacious and perfect for them.
School chinchilla was supposed to be here for 2 weeks after 2 months of no school i decided he needed a bigger space and this was the best deal i could find. It is sturdy, easy to clean, roomy enough for him and even a second friend if we wanted (we dont). Added his wheel and a hammock and this guy has the best chinchilla bachelor pad around. He actually seems so much happier.
Was very skeptical of buying this but its definitely worth the value. Have had it for 6 months now and I continue to not have any issues with this cage. I bought it for my single ferret and he loves running up and down it.

Excellent cage for a ferret. Has enough space, comes with accessories. Chewing proof and my ferret cant scape from this cage.
