I have really been impressed with this bed. Quality, sturdy, and very stylish. It was very easy to put together, I did it all by myself. Great price too.
I originally purchased this bed on back in 2015. The bed was not sturdy and squeaked a lot. The framed ended up coming apart after a move and I realized the main support beam under the bed did not fit into the cross frame. I contacted directly and didnt expect much since it had been such a long time since I ordered it. They had me describe the problem and send pics. They ended up replacing the whole bed because they have corrected some of their original manufacturing issues. The new bed is perfect. All parts fit correctly and they even included a ratcheting Allen tool that is exactly what you need to use to make the installation secure and non/squeaky. If I could give this new bed 10 stars, I would. was impressive and aming. So easy to work with and friendly. Thank you Zinus!!

This bed looks great, is sturdy, and is one of the easiest pieces of furniture Ive ever assembled (and Ive put together a LOT of furniture). The box was super heavy, and the exterior box was damaged, but the headboard was protected by another layer of cardboard and wrapped in plastic. There are only a few bolts to put into the frame; the rest are preinstalled and just need to be loosed and tightened to put everything together. The Allen wrench ratchet tool they included was AMING. Im going to try to find a set of multiple sizes for future furniture assembly. It was so nice to not have to constantly remove and reinsert the wrench. The fabric looks great, and it supports the mattress I put on it beautifully, without leaving too much of a gap on either side. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to anyone else.
Extremely heavy. I needed some help bringing this up from the mail room to my apartment. Spent about 45 mins fixing this up on my own, was easy and straightforward. Only problem is that my mattress (also new from zinus) is a little too long for this bed frame. Shouldnt be the case especially when they are from the same brand. Closing one eye for that because its too much of a hassle to get a replacement.
Other than that, frame looks gorgeous and perfect for my new place. It looks more than it costs!

Tempted to take off a star because the slats could be just a bit closer together to protect a mattress in the absence of a box spring / and you really do NOT want a box spring with this thing / the mattress sits quite high enough without one.
But for value, its 5 stars all the way.

I was skeptical, took me so long to find a cool frame and I was just crossing my fingers Happy with my choice, I love it! Its gorgeous and easy to assemble, took about an hour. Everything on point. Love my new bed
This frame is incredibly sturdy built on a center steel support cross frame. It also was simple to construct and the way in which the suplies were packaged was user/centered. All of the supplies were neatly zipped into the back of the headboard and individually labeled for their specific use. I would Highly recommend to any buyer!
