Very happy with this bed for my daughter

This is real furniture. Its not IKEA type or kinky. Its solid wood and really good quality. The trundle can be put in on either side of the bed if you plan to put one side of the bed up against a wall. It looks so nice and is exactly what we were looking for. Assembly was pretty easy. We have no dislikes

    Great value for the price

This bed was so easy to assemble and it turned out really sturdy for my 8 year old. It looks really nice too! Overall, great value for the price. It was packaged nicely

    Measure your Mattress for Trundle!

My 15/year/old picked this bed out for herself. The bed is solid wood and extremely well/made! From start to finish the bed took me 2 1/2 hours to build… Mind you, I am not well versed in building anything! Sure it takes a minute to sort out the Allen wrenches bolts and screws/ but the directions were pictures and quite easy to follow! I poured myself some Bloody Marys, put on some 80s rock through my Alexia and got to work. My only hangup was the other twin mattress for the trundle did not fit under the bed. This was entirely my fault as it does state for 8 mattresses. Both of our twin mattresses are 10. Bummer. So, I just purchased some bed risers to help fix that problem. I do recommend this bed! LOVE LOVE!!

    Good for the price

The bed is okay. After having it for a little time, we have noticed that is not as sturdy as when we first put it together. Its an okay frame for the price ok value for the money

Dont buy! Bed broke in 3 days!!!

Bad QUALITY furniture. I am so disappointed this was a birthday gift for my daughter and the frame has broken only after 3 days of her sleeping in it.Its so cute but the quality control is awful.

Nice bed. some things could be improved.

Went together relatively easy once you figure out the instructions. It is solid wood / so thats nice. Assuming pine. Paint scuffs easily. the foot piece on our bed (mdf) was scuffed when we received it / well live with it, but that was a little disappointing. Biggest complaint I have I guess is that the bed needs to air out for a day or more before using it / strong new furniture/chemical smell / from the paint I assume. Kiddos sleeping in our bed tonight Exactly what I was looking for

Worth the money but not without a few issues.

Slats (gaps) for under bed are a little wide, nothing holding in the trundle so it will roll out, and one of the 2 small pressed boards had a nick (chunk) out in the corner. I can easily do a work around for all these issues; otherwise solid wood and so far so good. worth the money Value is good for the price

Pass on twin trundle!! The person that made the instructions should find a more fitting job!

Instructions were AWFUL! Twin bed is nice and sturdy however, the trundle is a complete joke. The pre/drilled holes dont line up and its wobbly. I expected better based on the re. Other than that, its a great product!

    Expected a little more

The bed is nice looking we ordered the midnight blue. The instructions are not clear even though the instructions are pictures. One instruction says not leave a gap at the head and foot of the bed while positioning the slats but there is no way to do this. I did contact customer service and was told its okay to leave the gaps and this would not affect the safety of the bed and they would update their instructions. Customer service was prompt in answering any questions or concerns I had. Feeling some type of way about the bed being made in Vietnam when Maxwood furniture takes pride in being an American company. There are not enough slats to give good support. The predrilled holes to secure the slats to the bed were not complete so we had to make some adjustments. The wheels on the trundle bed do no lock so it slide pretty easy on low profile carpet. The trundle is very flimsy I wish I had just ordered 2 twin beds or bunk bed. The Trundle does not fit flush with the side of the bed so Im worried about my little ones fingers getting smashed. The slats on the headboard do not go all the way down so you can see the mattress on trundle bed it looks tacky. With normal wear Im not expecting this bed to last more than a year or two. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Instructions have no words and are very anger/fueling

The instructions have no words and the pictures are not accurate; it was very very annoying to build and took much longer then it shouldve. Item looks high quality but i would never buy again due to the instructions.
