I got this little trampoline to add extra movement to my standing desk. Its super great for the office. I get a few bounces in to wake up and its a lot softer on my feet than the floor. I dont always wear shoes, both are fine. Also the yoga ball sits on the trampoline fine when I need to sit down.

What a great trampoline! Ive used them as part of my workout for many years but this is one of the best Ive ever had. Assembling took 5 minutes. Perfect size for side to side exercises, too. Very sturdy, even on carpet. I really like the bounce of this product - stiff enough for certain exercises and bouncey enough for the rest of the workout routine I like to do. With all the videos available for rebounding exercises, this is sure to get a lot of use in my home!
