Its a good bed for the price. The bars on the bed are definitely a bit flimsy but I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, We are happy with it. My daughter loves her new bed.

It was delivered quickly. Headboard came damaged. The box was fine. It was damaged before it was put in the box. I contacted the seller. They were willing to give me $35 credit for damage.
Ended up being hid by pillows. No problem!
No instructions. Contacted seller. They send me a pdf file of instructions. Very detailed. Clear explanation. No other tools needed.
Bed is strong. Silent. Amazing. Unbelievable for the price!
