I dreamed of this sofa for months, waited for it to get back in stock for months, got rid of my antique sofa to make space for it—only to discover LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY that the leather is NOT sealed/colorfast and discolors badly with no apparent reason.
I might have gotten a lemon, but I would encourage all buyers to wet a paper towel slightly and rub an inconspicuous area of the sofa UPON DELIVERY before deciding whether to keep it or not.
I dont how my brand new sofa got its discoloration stain (sweat? water?), but the more I wiped the stain with water, the more the leather tint came out... (see pics)
assured me that I got a NEW sofa (not a used one), and they were very gracious in taking it back and refunding me. But Im out of pocket $70+ (white-glove delivery + tip), and I have nowhere to sit. Not a happy camper...
If thats the quality of genuine leather these days, I might as well get faux leather...
The Loveseat is amazing. Weve just set it up. Easy to setup and seems pretty comfortable.
The rating is purely for the delivery company, should look for alternatives.
The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!! I love my beautiful sofa. The legs were very difficult to put on. Some adjustments had to be made. There was a zipper pull in the way of the screw to attatch one of the legs. The fault of the manufacturer. See pics. The sofa is beautiful, sturdy, firm, but not uncomfortable. Love, love, love it!
It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait! Very comfortable. Its the perfect size, large enough to lounge in but still fits in the smaller area I bought it for. I can lay in it sideways and put my feet up on the side comfortably. Very happy with this chair.
For the price, its great It is hard to know the true quality of furniture when purchasing online, and/or whether a chair, for example, will actually be comfortable to sit in. This chair is both. The chair is high quality, and very comfortable to sit in for extended periods (I work at home). Thanks for a great purchase.
Looks gorgeous and easy to assemble. The chair is very big. Which is what I wanted. Check measurements and measure your space. The chair is deep. I have put a lumbar pillow on it. I wanted a chair to lounge in without it having a tall back. This is perfect and nice looking in the space we have it in.
I can not even begin to express how beautiful this loveseat is. Comfortable - not too soft and not too firm. The leather is exquisite. Im so out of my mind happy!
Good quality, looks fantastic These are a little bigger than I expected but still great! Wide chairs, leather is nice, they look really good in my space. I ordered 2 of these and they came separately, one was perfect and one had a damaged zipper for the back cushion. Its only a small part and I think we can get it repaired. I wanted to have a new cushion sent out but the chairs were now out of stock so gave us a 10% refund. Better than nothing. So would have had 5 stars if not for that
Simple, unique and elegant This chair was a bit more expensive than my original budget. I was skeptical but am so glad I purchased it. Incredibly comfortable for reading, coffee break or an afternoon chat. The chair is beautiful and big enough for my husband. It is sturdy and easy to attach the legs with a hand drill.

The perfect chair
