Im satisfied with the product, but not very easy to build, despite the informations included with the chair. Some pieces keep falling every two or three days and I have to put them back or the top of the chair just fall.
all the parts were present and well defined. easy to follow instructions, bought this as a replacement for a similar stool and found this one to be of better quality. will buy this again when I need another replacement.
