We love this bunk bed! I havent noticed any cracks. It feels very sturdy and well made. My husband put it together in about a half hour. No instructions came with it, but we found them on the product listing. Best choice
The smell of painted wood only lasted a week or two, wasnt bad. My 15 year old sleeps on bottom and my 11 niece on top. No cracks so far (4 months in) and it looks very nice. I slept on it once and Im 225 pounds! Ups probably hates delivering this as the box was very heavy, it actually busted open when he half dropped it on our porch. You definitely need 2 people to put it together. Play some music and relax while you do so. Maybe have a juice box. Im a satisfied customer, thank you! Comes as shown in picture.
I found two areas on the headboards for the full size bunk that the wood was splitting off. I tried touching it up with some blue gray paint that I had available. very pleasantly surprised

Im satisfied for the price. It wasnt hard to put together. Of course its a two person job. Solid wood some pieces have stickers on them that Ill have to use GooGone to take off. Aside from that my boys are excited about their new bunk beds. 2nd day of having it. Will update if anything changes This product is pretty decent for the price
