After I finally got the couch together, its very comfortable and nice, but problems beforehand. The holes were drilled off the mark, one of them by almost an inch. I asked their customer service if they could replace one part, and showed them pictures. They kept asking me to show them more pictures, so I gave them pics of several angles. Then they wanted me to circle and mark the places where the problem is (smh). It was pretty obvious, but it seemed like they were playing dumb. Finally they told me, to get another person, to hold it, while I had to force the screws from an angle and make it work. Hard to explain here, but I eventually made it work, but it wasnt easy. Also there was a little cover tarp thing that showed it the assembly pic, that I never got. I told them, and again they played dumb, and I didnt want to go through the ordeal again, so I just accepted what I got. So if you dont have bad luck, and the couch is properly made, its a 5 star couch for the money, otherwise
It ships in two separate deliveries. We received half of it on a Saturday and had to wait till Monday to get the other half of the shipment. Then, while putting it together, it was missing some of the hardware. So we had to stop what we were doing, to run into town to a hardware store to get more bolts. And its not comfortable at all.
I like the couch over all, fits my needs, fits my space perfectly. I thought it was relatively cheap for the style I wanted, I looked and looked for a couch I liked, came upon this one. Its lower to the ground than a traditional sofa, the cushions are pretty nice (not too firm or flimsy) the seat cushions definitely need to be broken in, the bars of wood that separate the seat cushions are noticeable for sure. The feet to the couch are PLASTIC. I wanted wood, so my mistake In not checking.

I love the color and the nail heads adorning the couch brings a touch of elegance to space its in. It looks exactly like the picture! The instructions were easy to follow and additional tools were required. The cushions are very firm, which is fine by me and my back! The company representative I worked with was very responsive when I reached out to request assistance. Overall, Im happy with my purchase and looking at adding pieces to the decor.
This sofa overall is great but some missing papers makes me not give it 5 stars! Some of the cables to connect the pieces didnt match and required adjustments but overall decent sofa for the price

Ive gotten so many compliments already when Ive had people over . it does collect hair very easy also ( so keep a lint roll around )
Looks great! We love the ottoman. It can be connected to the couch but weve left it unattached so we can slide it to either side. The how-to video was very helpful. It is definitely a two person job for assembly. I am very happy with it would highly recommend!
Its perfect for a small apartment it doesnt take up too much space its really comfortable. Dont hesitate if your on a budget and need something small its a great classy buy.

I like the couch over all, fits my needs, fits my space perfectly. I thought it was relatively cheap for the style I wanted, I looked and looked for a couch I liked, came upon this one. Its lower to the ground than a traditional sofa, the cushions are pretty nice (not too firm or flimsy) the seat cushions definitely need to be broken in, the bars of wood that separate the seat cushions are noticeable for sure.
