First of all, I am very pleased with this Winston Sofa and the fact that it could be delivered so easily. This couch arrived in a box measuring 16 inches by 25 inches by 74 inches long. I have no idea of the weight of the box but it was definitely a two/person lift.
The couch was nicely packaged and fit like a puzzle inside the box. All of the pieces were either shrink wrapped or wrapped in plastic. There was a small plastic bag of legs and instructions.
The couch itself is put together by unwrapping the plastic and screwing on five legs: one for each corner and one at the center back.
Then it was simply fitting the pieces together by sliding the pieces into metal brackets that were already installed on the couch pieces.
This was a very, very easy couch build. One person could have easily done it. I expect it will be as easy to disassemble should I move.
The couch is very attractive. Its a little lower to the floor than my old couch, but not so much that its difficult to get up from. The fabric of the couch is a thinner linen/looking cloth. The fabric looks nice and smooth except for the small wrinkles caused by the shrink wrap. I think they should disappear in a few days. If not, I will try to use a steamer on them to smooth them out.
I do like the smaller profile of this couch and although I am using it in a smaller room, the couch does not seem too large for the space. Im not sure it will hold up to pets, but I am going to Scotch Guard the fabric just to be sure.

I absolutely love it! Im very happy with my purchase. The color is beautiful. Super easy to assemble. Its on the firm side, but I prefer that actually. My dog loves it as well. I certainly recommend!!
The sofa was shipped quickly, packaged nicely, was easy to assemble and looks great in my new home! The ottoman can easily switch sides and is great for smaller spaces. A great blending of comfort and style. Great,Happy with it
At first, I was apprehensive about buying a sofa at a new store with no reviews on but boy am I glad I did. I love my sofa, it looks aming! Its honestly beautiful, my place looks so much better now. The blue velvet is stunning. Heck, it looks even better than it does in the photo. The velvet is smooth and does not irritate the skin at all. The cushions are comfortable, especially the back cushions. Please note that at first sit, the bottom cushions are not insanely soft. They are not hard but you wont sink into them when you take that first seat. Keep in mind the sofa is new so it needs to be broken in and the cushions were shipped vacuum sealed. Overall, I see this as a none issue but others might not. The packaging states to give the cushions 72 hrs to get shape but honestly, mine had great shape and looked aming as soon as I took them out of the wrapping. Also, know that the chaise is detachable. You can put it on the left or right. Lastly, this was the fastest shipping Ive ever seen. said a week delivery but it arrived in 3 days
The couch is very pretty! Definitely makes my living room look nicer but the box had a hole in it, looks like something snagged it, so it caused a tear it the corner. I was hoping that it wouldnt be noticeable but its right in the top corner of the couch I did get 25 back which was pretty cool but that was before I found more damaged areas other than that its not to bad of a couch and its extremely easy to assemble but probably going to need 2 people to assemble it.
Ive had this couch for about 3 weeks and wanted to leave a review for anyone on the fence about buying this couch.
The Good:
Assembly: Holy crap is this thing easy to assemble. It took me literally 5 minutes. Whats really nice is if youre moving, you can easily disassemble it and move it in an average/sized car if you needed to.
Sturdiness: For a self/assembled couch, its really sturdy. The cushions even have velcro strips on them to keep them from slipping.
Appearance: The color is really nice. Overall, its not a bad couch to look at.
Orientation: You can move the stand for the long cushion to either side, so it works in any living room.
Delivery: If you need a couch quickly like I did, the delivery for this couch was really fast. I think I got mine in about a week.
The bad:
Size: Its really small for a sectional. Im 62 and sitting straight up my feet hang just over the end of the long cushion so I cant really lounge in it. I think it would sit two people comfortably. Three people would be a little cramped.
Comfort: The cushions are really firm. This could be good in the long run, after Ive broken them in for months, but it just isnt really comfortable as of now. I think Ill have to repack the cushions with better foam at some point in the next year or so. The long cushion also came with uneven packing, so it sags inward on one side of it. The fabric isnt very comfortable on the skin.
Vacuum Seal Packing: The cushions come in vacuum/sealed bags and are extremely wrinkled, even several days outside of packing. You need a blow dryer to get all the wrinkles out of the cushions.
Overall, its not a terrible couch, but I dont see myself having this couch for more than 2/3 years before I upgrade to something bigger and more comfortable.

Was a bit damaged
