This couch!
It is absolutely gorgeous The velvet is so soft and the couch is so sleek! I cannot believe its 500/600!!
It is on the firmer side but I prefer more firm furniture for my back and posture.
It took me about 20 minutes to assemble by myself and they delivered right into my living room. So impressed!
The sofa was delivered in a box through a third/party delivery service. The instruction said that the assembly should take 1 hour, but it took less than 30 minutes with two adults. It was really easy to follow. Each part is packed tightly into the box compressed air tight, so take the time to let the cushions rise. There is a chemical smell in the beginning, but it aired out pretty quick. After one week of use, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Easy to assemble BUT the directions went from Step 1 to Step 3 but luckily we caught it. It was delivered within 4 weeks but no one ever called me to set it up. The delivery date on kept changing and saying that they had called me which is not true. Overall very happy with the purchase though. Looks great and works great!
The couch connector brackets were came in twisted shape so I have to order new brackets on . You shouldve send me extra brackets but the Customer Service only said i can help you to return it. I almost break the couch for fix that brackets (its very tin wood). The color is darker than the images. It just gray, not light gray. highly disappointed!!!
Love this sectional so much! It was easy enough for me to assemble myself. The linen fabric makes it easier to clean. I cant wait to see what other furniture drops in the future! Its an okay buy
I fell in love with this couch immediately as soon as I saw it online, measurements were a perfect fit and it was getting good reviews, so I decided to purchase it. When I received the shipment the box wasnt damaged so I accepted it, but after we took all the parts out to assemble thats when we noticed the puncture in the arm of the couch, we decided to assemble since we took everything out of the box and thinking I could call the customer help number on the instructions and they would send me a replacement arm, I called the number with the instruction booklet in hand so I could give him the part number hoping for a replacement and the guy sent me this long list of things they would need to replace it, so I decided not to pursue it. So I have a brand new couch with a damaged arm. Its not bad its just not great.
I would like to speak to a rep from . The bottom material was ripped, and the front panel has a small tear and has dirt smudges. The cardboard container was received with many rips and tears in it. I have photos if needed.

Damaged in shipment
