I did get a little confused because it doesnt write out what to do, it just has pictures but I eventually got it. It also helps if you have someone around to give you a hand but you can easily do it yourself.

Comfortable Easy assembly I ordered the full size frame and it took the two of us about an hour to put it together. Its sturdy and looks good! No complaints at all.
