    Great deal for the price

We bought this for my 2.5yr old who was upgrading to a Big/Boy/Boy. We got the bunk beds anticipating sleep overs from his cousins in the future. Being a veteran at purchasing DIY/Assembly furniture, I set aside a whole Saturday to put this together, expecting to engineer a solution to missing parts or things that didnt line up or fit properly. This took me 1.5hrs to assemble going a nice leisurely pace. I did not encounter any of the problems I was expecting. I appreciated that the manufacturer included a few extra wooden dowels since I smashed one on accident. A few tips for those assembling this. Per the top and bottom, snug all the bolts as you progress, once the part is assembled, then go back and tighten everything good and tight. Also, the wooden dowels are VERY tight in the rails. I found it easier to set them in the rail, then sink them about half way down with a rubber mallet (DO NOT USE A REGULAR HAMMER YOU WILL SMASH THE DOWEL / I learned the hard way.) A few improvement for the manufacturer. Maybe put grip/tape or grit/paint on the ladder rungs, they are a little slippery in socks. Consider including 1 or 2 extra wood screws 6 and Barrel Nuts 9. When you drop these and they roll under other furniture, its nice to keep building and recover those lost items after you are done. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. I will provide updates to this review should my feelings change in either direction. Its OK.

    Worth the money.

Looks good and seems sturdy the only thing i did not like was the way the 2 beds attach by a flimsy hollow aluminum rod But the wood seems like good quality . This was the second unit because the first one appearently got lost in shipping. Think before you buy.

    Study beds, broken ladder

My kids were excited to get bunk beds. They are very safe and sturdy, but the ladder broke a little bit while trying to put it together (the ladder was not easy to assemble). We emailed right away to see if were could get replacement parts, but its been a month now and were havent recieved or heard anything. Otherwise I would have given the bed 5 stars Interesting.

Great and sturdy, but dont match as separate twin beds

We are using these as separate twin beds. Very sturdy and nice looking, but the two beds are not identical. The bottom bunk has long posts on each corner, so they dont exactly match. But other than that, great beds. Fantastic Size.

    Great value for quality

This is a very cheap in price bunk bed and is true to the pictures. It is sturdy perfect for a 8 6 year old. It will last us for the 2 years we need it Fantastic and Sturdy.

Hope all your screws come ready to use

The bed itself seems fine. It was fairly easy to put together. However, one of the long screws did not have its screw head cut out so it could not be screwed in with the Allen wrench making the screw useless. I asked the manufacturer for a replacement screw and they wanted information like where the bed was made (how do I know and who cares?) and a picture of the beds sticker (what?). My order should be enough information for them. So, I went and bought a screw to replace it and deleted their email. With better customer service they might get 5 stars. My mom loves it.

    Great bunkbed for the price

We purchased this for a 6 year old 3 year old. Great bunkbed for the money. Most of this was assembled by one person, but youll need a second person to lift the top bunk onto the lower bunk. It doesnt seem to be super sturdy but works well for the price. Easy to set up.

    Cheaply made

Not sturdy. Works for my 4 year olds but not something I would buy for anyone over the age of 6. Poor construction.

    Long assemble

Wanted a bed that I could split onto two when my kids got there own room. It was a nightmare to assemble took use 2 hours with two adults working it. Im a little sketched out by IT. It is not made for heavy kids and it is help together by two small sticks. But i love it. Enjoyed it.

Be careful of the Mattress Thickness!!!

We just got this bed and assembled it. It seems solid and well made. There are a lot of parts and it takes a bit of time to assemble, but its not difficult. You will probably want a power screwdriver; there are a lot of screws to drive. The bed has not been slept in so maybe after a while Ill want to change the review, but for now it seems good. But, we already had mattresses, and nowhere on s site do I see a warning that the mattress thickness can be no more than 8 inches! That information is in the instructions. Well, our mattresses are thicker, and it would not be safe to use one in the top bunk. So now I have to buy a different mattress. GRRR I love this!
