Got a reply from the company and they are supposedly sending us replacement hardware. A bit of a headache, especially since theyre overseas. However, the quality of the bed we have put together is really nice, especially for the price. We bought them for our 3 and 5 year olds and theyre perfect because theyre low to the ground.
I received no hardware to put it together. I will update rating if customer service replaces the hardware, and bed turns out to be of good quality.

Easy to assemble! So luxurious! This is a very strong bed and so easy to put together. We love it! It is exactly what we were looking for. Low profile but tall enough to fit containers underneath.
Great value and well made my apologizes. even though the bolts are the same, there is a difference at the end. some come to a point, and some are flat at the end, where the nut goes. I just saw long bolts, STUPID ME SHOULD HAVE LOOKED BETTER AT THE DESIGN. I will be able to put the bed together tommorrow.

Got another one and it came faster than anticipated. Study and solid, smooth wood. Easy to stain. Easy to assemble. No box springs needed u less you want a higher bed (not need in my opinion). A great basic bed bed frame, and looks nicer and is more stable than cheaper material options. I like it! Not sure why storage capacity is in the review section but theres space underneath for what you like I guess.
