We bought this for my grandmother who moved in with us. The legs were a little tall for her but we cut them down with out effecting anything. Easy peasy. This is strong, sturdy, and the remote is simple enough for her to control. The anti gravity makes it easy for her to sleep and relieves a lot of her pain. Makes it more convenient for her to watch TV too. Still have room under the bed for storage ! Going to buy one for me next !!

The XeroG puts it in a position that works with one button and it is pretty quiet so when only one bed is moved the other person isnt disturbed. I have had this 2 months and so far I am very pleased.
So life sucks and my elderly father (who is 88) recently had a mini stroke.
When we visited him in the hospital post event - I noted he was uncomfortable lying on his back straight and almost all the time had the bed adjusted in a upward reclined position.
So my concern when he was discharged was he would not be comfortable on his bed at home (which is a expensive sleep number bed btw).
So I made the rapid decision as we were being discharged to pick up this adjustable bed.
It comes in two peices (the memory foam mattress + Assembly required base)
The base is HEAVY - but not impossible for a single person to put together. I do suggest a two person lift though (but alas .. I was solo for this assemble!).
Its super easy to put together.. Open the base box.. extract the two accessory boxes from inside the base ( they are zip tied to the frame.
Assembly was really just 6 steps.
- Put on the legs
- Flip the bed rightside up
- Insert wire thing that holds the foot of the mattress
- Attach power connector
- Put the mattress on
- Turn it on and adjust away
I was up and running solo in about 30 minutes tops..
Delivery did take about a week - and the guys who did deliver was nice enough to bring it into the apartment where my dad lives. But your mileage may vary local delivery to local delivery.
All in all - VERY nice buying experience for me.. the bed + service was top notch - Thanks much!
This bed is amazing. After looking at local stores we found this at a fraction of what we were going to spend and took a chance. Glad we did. Doesnt really have any cooling properties but everything else was completely worth the purchase. If you are on the fence jump off and buy this bed.

Adding a little bit of comfort for my elderly dad

I had to return the headboard because it wasnt compatible with my mattress but mersadies at sleep geeks was TERRIFIC with her customer service!!!
