Order 3 fans, one was missing a remote. Contacted customer service and 3days later had a remote delivered to me.
Fans look great run great, nothing not to like.
Overall this is a great looking fan that runs super quiet. The operation and connection to both Alexa and Google home was quick and easy. The only down side was installation. They need to make the wires long to be able to connect. I understand the compact design but there is no wiggle room.
Sleek looking and super quiet. It was easy to install and seems well engineered. Second Minka fan in the house, so had to change remote switches on remote control... this process was well explained in the instructions and worked flawlessly. Highly recommend this fan.
This fan is beautiful, we love how it brought the roof together. It produces a great amount of air flow, light gets very bright, easy to assemble and works perfect.
Ordered this on a Friday with an expected delivery on Monday. It arrived on Sunday! Installation was straight forward and well documented in the instructions. Very impressed with how quiet this fan is. Even at the highest speed all you can hear is the sound of the air movement. The light is great. Installed with a 5ft. down rod and theres absolutely no wobble or movement of the fan at any speed. Weights are included to rebalance, but I found no need to use them. Very satisfied with the product and this seller. I highly recommend if your looking for a sleek appearing and very quiet fan in your living space.
Love the fan. So sleek with the light and motor together slim and not bulky. Puts out a lot of air on the high speed. Have used everyday for months with ZERO noise. You wouldnt even know its running. The Alexa feature is great.... just tell her to adjust the speed or turn on the light at a certain brightness!!

Randomly turns off and on
My biggest issue with the product is that it randomly turns off and on, sometimes flashing several time in a row.
