You get what you pay for. The materials quality is not the best but definitely a great deal compared to other adjustable bed frames. The motors and massage are working well. The Allen key provided stripped during assembly. Luckily I have a spare of the same size. Two of the legs were very hard to screw on and required brute force. Luckily I have been working out. Two of the zip ties holding the power boxes snapped off when attempting to tighten them. They were installed very loosely and I barely tightened it before it snapped. There was some damage to the metal frame underneath but not a big deal since it is out of sight. I just really hope nothing breaks anytime soon.
Unfortunatly this experience was doomed for me from the start, scheduled delivery day the first time was canceled because they lost it in shipping...not sure how that happens ...its huge and heavy.

It sometimes takes multiple presses of the button to get it to do what you want, this seems to mostly be during the massage functions!
The worst part of the remote is the screen printing on the buttons, in 30 days of use (minimal at best, its not a tv remote, you may press the buttons 2/3 times per day) some of the buttons are now just blank and have no to little print left on them.
After reading reviews I knew there was no back light on the buttons, but I dint know it was going to come with disappearing ink for when the lights are on! A back light would have been great but letters that last longer than 30days would have been great, considering this is something we hope to have for years to come.
It is quite, and functions well, when the remote registers. The price was right when we got it also.

So after just under 4 months the remote has started stuttering the actions of the bed when moving, so when you try to move your head/feet up and down it sends the signal intermittently which causes the bed to stutter (for lack of a better term) as it tries to move. I have noticed that this occurs when the led on the remote fails to light when you press the remote button. If you change/take out and replace the batteries it works for a few adjustments and then right back to the same jittery motion going up/down.
Unfortunate I can not reccomend this bed to anyone, as it is the remote that makes it function. Without it working properly it is just a really expensive platform on which to rest your mattress.

I have read a bunch of peoples reviews saying they have had a poor customer service experience trying to get answers for issues, I can not dis/agree more. I sent an email regarding my recent experience with my remote issues, and with in an hour I had a response back from someone, with in a day I had a solution and with in 4 days I had parts in hand to repair the problem (new control pack and remote) because of the simple design of the bed the repair took about 4 minutes to remove the old control plug in the new one and all was working perfectly again.
I would once again recommend this product to anyone looking for an adjustable frame at a great price, with exceptional customer service.
Just received this base today. Set/up was intuitive and took maybe 20 minutes. If you have difficulty lifting over 50 pounds, you will need a second person to help you, but by no means is this really a problem as you want this unit to be hefty and not cheap. Normally, we all (I think) have skepticism regarding the china quality, but I was pleasantly surprised!
This combined with the plethora of mattress choices now available, its cry to spend the retail ask price for the big name brands. All in, I have a wonderful gel/infused memory foam mattress and an adjustable base for less than the cheapest adjustable bed base at any of the area retail stores or online name brand manufacturers. Even if I have to (Doubt it, but again / if I have to) change the mattress annually, I am far ahead of my peers that have invested thousands into their sleep setup.
In so far as delivery, I was given a window of between 9A / 12P. My unit was delivered at approximately 9:14A. Awesome, yet then again, I was their claimed first stop. Awesome! Gents that delivered it were as nice and professional as could be given the job that they have of delivering heavy and bulky items to homes.
This is an awesome product, not just for the price. I purchased two of them for a split king. First, these fit perfectly (literally not an inch to spare) into my existing king size bed frame. This gives my bed a completely finished look with my head and foot board. My mattresses have not yet arrived, but my current beast of a king mattress works great on the two frames synced together (current mattress is a million pound gel mattress from Denver Mattress). It will handle my mattress and all five family members without any hesitation.
I have not tested the USB ports as they are hidden by my bed frame. Like others have mentioned, if used as a split king, one of the USB ports will be hidden and not usable. I am very handy, but would have a very difficult time trying to relocate that USB to the opposite side. Maybe will come up with a left hand/right hand option in the future.
The message function may be good for individuals with very thin mattresses. It was a fun novelty while setting the bed up, but wasnt very useful once my thick mattress was put on top. I think it vibrates my floor more than my back. Again, it is a great idea, but will likely only be compatible with some mattresses.
Overall, I get to make fun of myself and my wife for buying these at our age, but I have recommended them to many people. No more strange positions to use my tablet before bed.
I now have two of these frames, I love them, however the second one came with some parts loose in the box and Foot massage cord was crushed and broken... I do not want to return the whole frame, but would like a replacement foot massage part. Please contact me with a remedy. I will gladly give this 5 stars if the cord is repaired or replaced.
Just bought a queen size, which had paint on the screws making it impossible to screw in the legs completely. Used a small hacksaw to scrap the paint off in the threads and then it was OK. Read somewhere that manufacturer has fixed this problem, however, obviously not on all units. This was the longest part of setup. Total time 1 hour 15 minutes. Manufacturer please reply. Flat position doesnt flatten completely with remote. Few days of use had no issues
