Best purchase ever! Such an upgrade from a box spring. I am sleeping so much better now. The massage is nothing special (I have a 12 plush stearns and foster mattress), but the ability to raise head and feet is great. So easy to assemble. Moving the box not easy though, its very heavy! So happy to save hundreds of dollars from the prices of adjustable bases that stores charge. There is no memory setting on the remote, but thats not really a big deal in my opinion. My wife and I couldnt make up our mind on which bed or which frame to buy, so finally we decided to atleast buy this to replace the box spring. It has given new life to our mattress that is nearly 20 years old (but well cared for). We are still looking into mattresses, but sleeping so much better now that we got rid of our old box spring and crappy bed frame.
I purchased the King adjustable frame and for the most part, its fine. I just have a few issues:
/ The motor sometimes stutters (starts and stops) when raising and lowering the bed. Im slightly concerned these motors wont last long.
/ The frame isnt as sturdy in the raised position as flat so if you move around when its raised, you will feel the head and foot portion move even if you have a tempurpedic/non/motion transferring mattress
On the plus side, its a great entry/level adjustable bed frame. Just know that its not the sturdiest and you will feel movement if you move around or toss and turn a lot during the night, especially when the bed is in the raised position (when its flat, its a lot sturdier and doesnt move as much). Im guessing that purchasing 2 Twin XL frames wouldve been the better/sturdier option.
The massage feature is fantastic and isnt too noisy at all, neither is the motor that raises and lowers the bed / very quiet.
All in all, Im happy with the purchase, but next time I will either buy 2 Twin XLs or opt for a heavier/sturdier frame. Ive only had the frame for a month so Ill update this post if anything changes.

Wonderful adjustable base. Heavy but not that much. I put it together by myself in less than 1 hour and am a very light lady of a certain age!. Got the full, uncertain that the queen would fit in my queen poster bed. Good decision. The full accommodates a queen mattress with no problem. Remote works fine and you can accommodate to any angle that is comfortable for you. Very comfortable. Unbeatable price. In synthesis: buy it.
First and foremost, get the bed registered ASAP. Second, the customer service was very helpful and I know that they stand by their product. Huge thanks to Jim S. and his speedy response, even on a Sunday. The beds control panel seemed to have shorted after 2 weeks of use to the point where the only thing working was the massager and thats if the bed is plugged in. The remote would not stop it, only if you unplug it. The motors would not respond either.
Jim S. sent us the replacement control box, simple to plug out the old and replace the new. Make sure you do hold the remote for 5 seconds (count slowly just in case) then press the head lift or foot lift button to sync the remote.
So far the bed has been working effectively.
This adjustable base is great! The assembly was simple and easy; it works like a dream. The motors are quiet as well. The quality appears to be very high/ I would very much recommend this product!

This is a fantastic adjustable bed. We used a different memory foam mattress and it works perfectly. So worth the price.
