Easy setup, maybe took 20/30 minutes per side. Heavy duty and WAY cheaper than those fancy bed stores / like 70% off cheaper!! Very happy.
This is a great adjustable bed frame. I got it set up in less than 30 minutes. Longest time was just thinking about what size leg to use. I selected the smallest one as we are small in size and have a 12 mattress. The presets are great in that one button gets it to a set position. Its whisper quiet when moving. The USB and massage are icing on the cake. We got this for our guest room, now the kids all want one for their rooms. Ive been to care facilities with expensive beds not even close to the level of coolness as this one.
I bought this bed base due to my inability to lay flat because of severe acid reflux. I have a 6 inch memory foam mattress on this base and the adjusting of head and foot works very well with this mattress. I love the different positions offered on the remote and the two usb plug/ins on the side of the bed. The vibrating head and foot doesnt do much because of the thickness of my mattress but thats ok / you can still feel it, just not as well as if you had a thinner mattress. It was easy to assemble and it took about 45 minutes / it would have taken less but one of the leg screw holes had screwed up threading so we had to finagle a fix with extra washers to get the screw to catch on the threading. When I emailed the company to let them know I got an instant reply. All in all I am very pleased with this product.
We are very satisfied with this adjustable bed. Did lots of shopping before purchasing. Most other beds were much more expensive. We decided to give this a try, and are very happy that we did.
Delivery was as scheduled, assembly was easy and took about 20 minutes.
Fits into our bedframe... height is right at our siderails, and we used our existing mattress.
Would be nice if the USB ports were on both sides of the bed, but it doesnt really matter, so no complaints here.

I received the bed today. It took about an hour for setup. Instructions were simple and straight forward. It fit right in my queen frame perfectly. My existing frame floats around the adjustable bed frame. It appears to be well made and has 6 sturdy legs. It worked perfectly the first time I pushed the button on the remote. Using massage function at this moment and is quite enjoyable. Massage makes a dull rumble, not too bad. Adjustment motors make hardly a sound, extremely quiet. Have always wanted an adjustable bed and hope to be happy with this one for years to come. The USB charging station and the low price made this a great deal. Took forever to get queens in stock, but my prayers were answered.
Wanted to update after a couple nights of use. I also had the opportunity to use their customer service. Very impressed, I was missing a tiny cotter pin to secure the motor. So I reported it to and was overnighted a replacement immediately. I love my new adjustable bed. For the money, I would highly recommend it anyone looking at an adjustable bed frame.

So disappointed in customer service. Have left numerous emails inquiring about why my remote stopped controlling my bed. Only two years old and worthless, if you require quality customer service, you might want to look at a different company, its been over a month with a broken bed.
So far item has performed as described. Assembly was not hard. The bases do fit tight in my sleigh bed frame not doesnt seem to affect operation. Im pleased with the purchase!
This adjustable bed frame is excellent for the price. I didnt expected to be such good quality. I have now had it for several months and it has worked perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an adjustable bed.
The bed worked great but now I have to unplug it right after use because it does short bursts of vibration when not even on. Its so bad that you can not sleep unless you pull the plug. Otherwise,I feel like I am being electrocuted. Help!
I am updating this review today 3/5/2017 because of the great customer service I have received from this company and the fact I love this product! It took to a while to get here (Ordered it 11/01/2016 received it 12/17/2016). However once I contacted directly that resolved its self quickly. So with that being said, I love this product! I have not figured out all the bells and whistles just yet and I do advise you make sure it moves into position prior to putting the mattress on (lesson learned). Once I figured it out this bed frame really was that easy to put together (batteries that came with remote didnt work so had to run to the store to get some before I could test it). I am not a big woman but I was able to get this into my house after opening the box and assemble it in no time with out help. I put a 11 memory foam mattress on it a bed skirt and some flannel sheets and a new comforter then gave it a test run and promptly fell asleep. I will update this review when I have had it a while . Plenty of storage room under the bed just watch out for the motors and cords.

Love this bed when it works right, having trouble now
