Love it! Saved over $1000.00 over a sleep number adjustable base. I am using the 2 twin xls for my split king sleep number mattresses.Have had them about a month and they have been flawless.
Purchased two twin xls to make a split king. Assembly was relatively easy, can be done solo, but easier with a helper. Very quiet motors and smooth operation. Seller answered a couple of questions and communication was excellent. Very happy with purchase!
After the initial 1 star review, a different CS Rep reached out to me and provided much needed clarifications due to initial confusion caused by an inexperienced Rep in Maryland office.
Turned out they do stock parts in both West East Coast, but for the time being they are for warranty related purposes only. I am glad to hear at least they are working on stocking up on parts for retail sales.
Although for the time being a customer cannot simply order a spare part such as remote control, at least they do have an operation setup where they can overnight parts to you if necessary. That is a big relief comparing to prior response that all warranty claims are dealt factory direct from China.
I am updating my review to reflect my experience or lack of with customer support. About a year and a half after purchasing the bed one of the motors starting acting up. It sounded like it was trying to engage and made a sound like something dropping. This h/penned while the bed was plugged in and in the flat position. It is annoying enough that I had to unplug the bed. I sent customer service an inquiry asking if they had any idea what the problem might be. My bed was out of warranty so I was not asking for them to fix anything, just wanted to know if it might be n easy fix or even if I had to purchase replacement motor. I heard nothing from them and submitted another inquiry about six months later. Nothing. That is really bad customer service and enough to make me steer clear of anything they sell. I realize things happen and things break, it would have been nice to receive a reply even if to say they had never heard of that happening before, giving troubleshooting tips or telling me how to go about replacing the motor. To not address two inquiries says all I need to know about this company.
I had an expensive famous maker adjustable bed that didnt survive my move. Moving takes a lot out of a person financially and I thought that I would not be replacing that bed because of the price. I had an Eastern King with 2 box springs that supported one mattress. Sometimes it would cause problems having the two bases because one would disconnect from the remote and only 1/2 worked. I am the only person in my bed besides my dogs, so I used one remote to sync the base movement. I thought that was the only option for King Size. I stumbled upon the Classis Brands bed while I was killing time on . Initially the price shocked me and then I was certain the bed in the picture was not the one they were selling because it was one unit. As soon as I read that it was one unit I got it. I cant say enough good things about it. It moves into position quickly and quietly, it hugs the wall so putting a bed frame with headboard and footboard around it will not be a problem. The motors are powerful and do not hesitate to lift then the button is pushed. The one I had would make weird noises and move the mattress very slowly. This bed was easy to assemble and is very solid. I like the fact that they include legs that can be configured for different height. there arent any hanging electrical connections connecting the moving parts under the bed so it is easy to clean. One plug for the bed is at at the foot, but is long enough to go to the head where my plugs are. I zip tied the cord to the part of the bed that doesnt move so that it wont get sucked up by a vacuum. Oh, and there is a little added convenience. Two USB connectors for your lap tops and pads. I sent a message to the company to ask when the headboard attachments will be available and was told soon.
Have been using this item now for a couple of weeks and all is working fine. This is my first adjustable bed and liking it so far. Bought it mostly to watch tv in bed. I do find that the motor seem a little weak but not a real problem. The remote could use back lighting. Everything does seem to be of a good quality but for some reason I think I may have problems with the wireless remote in the future. All in all a good but compared to what others are selling adjustable beds for.
Updated 12/05/2017/We have had this bed since October of 2016 bought 2 twins and my Twin XL just completely quit working for the head raising part. The other Twin is working fine and the foot is ok. Dont know what to do with this product at this point. Everything is hooked up just as before. I would not spend this kind of money on a product that is only going to be good for a little over a year. Just put this together yesterday. Bought 2 twin xl in order 2 make a King size bed with dual controls. The packaging and delivery were seamless no problems at all. The boxes are 126 lbs each and in each box you get everything you need to build 1 twin xl bed. The heaviest piece is around 45 to 50 lbs and is pretty easy to handle by one person. I opened in the garage and brought in one pc at a time. The legs and motors are packed in separate boxes and clearly marked before opening. Head Motor, Foot Motor and Legs. All pcs went together perfectly with just normal effort. First the middle legs that hook the top to the bottom and then the other 4 legs that come with easy to handle screws that the leg screws into one on. Motors are clearly marked with a floor facing tag so when you place the motors you know which side should be where. Each motor simply fits in the prepositions spots with 2 pins. The foot and head motors are slightly different sizes, but the boxes clearly tell you which is which. After placing and securing motors just plug in the connectors that come from the motors to the transfer box that is clearly marked with where each connector goes. Then simply turn the base over, plug in and place your mattress. We were so pleasantly surprised that these 2 slid together make a beautiful king size bed that are separately controllable. Noise level is quite comfortable just a slight humm that doesnt even alarm our dog who sleeps in the middle. First night in the new bed and Im writing this review early in the morning in a comfortable pre/set position. Forgot to mention that one controller came with 3 triple a batteries, but the other did not have them. Not having triple a on hand at the house we just scrambled and robbed from some other remotes. Have to replace those next store visit. All in All this was easy to receive from shipping, easy to unpack, moderately easy to lift each component and reasonably easy to put together. So far we love it, but will follow up after we use a little longer. We ordered 2 twin XL mattress from Tuft Needle that fit perfectly.
Dont let the price mislead you; the quality of this base is great. I purchased the Queen, and it was heavy. It requires two people to put it together, but it wasnt difficult. I didnt have any issues with pieces not lining up or other concerns that others have commented on. I have a 14 memory foam mattress with a 3 topper, so the massage function doesnt reach through very well, but I think thats more a function of the thickness of the mattress not an issue with the base. The presets on the remote work well for me. The zero gravity setting makes a big difference for lower back pain by taking pressure off typical pressure points. I like propping the head up to read at night, and its very comfortable because I can adjust it how I like. Overall, Im very pleased with the quality of the product, as well as the delivery process. It arrived within a few days and the delivery men brought it into my front entrance so I (a small female) didnt have to drag it into the house by myself. I waffled for a while deciding if I should spend the money, but Im glad I did!
Does the job, and the price is very competitive. Requires more setup than the next guy / however includes the USB charger and vibrating features the other does not. With an extra 20/40 minutes of setup, and a savings of $100, with two cool features, it also has a solid body covering vs. a frame on the next least expensive model. Also, only has foot bracket, vs. all sides brackets / hasnt been a huge deal / just something to notice if you engage in actions that move you rapidly side to side...
Vibration was enough to tease the cat, dog, who jumped on bed, I would not let it form the basis of my buying decision. The USB is just handy.

Well engineered bed. Assembly is very straight forward but best handled by 2 person.

Great for TV or relaxing in any position that is right for you. The massaging feature is very nice and relaxing.
Best price around for an adjustable bed.
