Wow! The color on this couch is amazing! Exactly what I was hoping for! Setup was not difficult at all. I gave it a 4 only because it is very firm. Im not sure how they could remedy that but either way I love the way it looks! The pic really doesnt do it justice.
The product is very comfortable I was looking for a cream colored couch and this one listed as tan (close enough) but when it arrived it IS cream It took me about an hour alone to put it together, just make sure to unzip the bottom cushion first because that is where the instructions were on mine. If I could make just one recommendation go out and buy yourself a deep socket wrench set before hand this will save you over 30 minutes and a ton of frustration. You are given this tiny little wrench thing that keeps slipping when you try and turn it so it takes a long time. Other than that the directions are very clear and the couch is very nice. Yes the bottom is firm but still comfortable.
It does just like it is supposed to- for sittin And sleepin. It doesnt really work so well for my sisters boyfriend, but hes 67 and honestly that is just ridiculous. If you arent a insanely tall drink of water, it will work perfectly for you. Firm, but comfy!

I thought it was better quality Chair is exactly what I wanted. The pictures look teal due to lighting but it is a really rich forest green. Only issue was the legs were a bit damaged.
Overall love this chair! Color is a slight more bubblegum pink than the stock pictures on here. Arrived within the delivery window but 2 days later than the expected date which wasnt a huge deal. One little flaw was one of the chair legs (pictured) had some markings on it but I just screwed it on the back side and turned it inwards so no one could see it. Super easy to put together took maybe 5 minutes after getting it out of the box! Firm but not rock hard and the velvet is so soft! Great deal for this fabric/style of chair.
LOVE this futon sofa! After discovering it on a well known popular home furnishings website, where it has over 13 thousand 4 1/2 star reviews, I happily found it here on for almost $100 cheaper... nice quality material, great emerald color, and good size for my office/guest room. It IS a VERY FIRM sofa, def not a sink into one - to that end, I bought a mattress topper for when its folded flat and used as a bed. One word of caution: I got my ankle stuck in between the seat parts when I was unfolding it from the shipping box; I had to scream for my kid to come help lift of off of me, because I couldnt reach the edges from where I was wedged. Either have longer arms than I, or dont stand in the middle when you let it drop
This is a good quality futon and actually is so well designed for shipping, that it comes in an unbelievably small box. Once its put together, it looks nice and is pretty comfortable. Im not a huge fan of the fabric, as when it gets rubbed, the light reflects differently, so it always looks kinda messy unless you brush it. But whatever. There was a small rip in the fabric, but a bit of gray sharpie covered it up. Also, the fabric is much lighter gray than the pictures show.
But once the back is folded down, it becomes a nice bed for one person. Very small for two. Plus, there is no support under the back, so if one person rolls to that side, it could tip over. Id put something big under it just in case. Also, the couch itself basically folds in the middle, so you have to screw in a metal plate that secures it. This is not as durable as Id have liked, so thats kind of a miss as well.
Overall, its decent for the price, but dont expect anything amazing.
