a stroke impaired my ankle and the jumping motion helps flex those bones and muscles, it is a slow process but i feel confident that it will still continue to bring back even more movement in that area
The product is nice, sturdy, and not to bad to assemble. Im sending it back because Ive been developing a headache when I jump on it. I kinda get light headed. Company charges $45 to ship it back to them. Make sure that its something that you want to get before purchasing. Unless you dont mind the extra shipping charge.
My 11 year old grandson and I put this together easily. I use it in my home gym to maintain fitness when weather wont permit outside activity. It folds for easy transport.
It assembled easy. Important to make sure legs are threaded on correctly. Only concern I have is user error. My kids trying to see who can jump the highest and youngest trying to use the stability bar as a gymnastics bar. Ha!
Very sturdy and the fact that the bar attaches to the frame NOT the legs is a plus. Our 11 year old isnt very gentle with it but it looks like it will hold up fine. Much better than the cheaper and flimsier version we bought in 2020 that only lasted a year.
This was so easy to set up. I wanted it to be quiet so I could jump without the entire house hearing me! It did not disappoint, very quiet and really sturdy.

For our ADHD child, this has been a God-send. Helps to work out all of our kids energy and she has a blast using it.
