When you order things on line, one is never sure what youll get. This chair is easy to assemble, good quality and comfortable. It swivels so no need to pull chair in and out - which wears on your carpet of floor beneath. Very happy with the purchase and love the color.
Order started out pretty bad, UPS delivered the box crushed, retaped, and with missing parts. I contacted the seller nervous about whether I would get a reply or not. Not only did they reply quickly, they also resolved my problems efficiently, they mailed me the missing part and instruction sheet and once that came in assembly was a breeze. Chair is really comfortable and looks great!
I love this chair. For the longest time, Ive had an old kneeling chair at my desk, but with the brave new world of working from home, I needed something more comfortable. I didnt want a giant black and mesh monstrosity, I wanted something that would look good in my 1930s era house and still be comfortable to work from. I love the look of the chair. I like the fact that it has felt pads instead of rollers (the rollers on the kneeling chair had scratched up the floor so badly that I had to have them redone). I also like that it swivels - that lets me work from a few different computers at the same time.
One thing to note, there are a lot of recent reviews talking about the chair not arriving or that the original order never seemed to ship. As near as I can tell, the company is (was?) having logistics issues out of California. They arent scamming anyone, its just one of those facts of life. I reached out to them about the delays and they eventually were able to source the identical chair in another warehouse on the east coast. They got the chair to me only a few days after the original delivery estimate. Overall, Im much happier that I waited while they worked with me than if I had canceled the order and gotten a different chair that I didnt like as much.
I agree with other reviewers who describe this chair as small. Its not *too* small, but I think its smaller than average. I am 58 and average build and comfortable in it. My husband is 6 feet and average build. Hes just comfortable in it.
The method to put the chair together is very simple. But actually putting it together was a real headache. Pre-drilled holes in the wooden legs were not as precise as they shouldve been to line up with holes in the metal frame. It took a good hour of wrestling to get them all lined up and put together. We were actually near quitting when we gave it one more try on the last leg.
It spins beautifully and it looks great. As long as youre prepared to fight a little bit with the assembly, its a good (smallish) office chair.
One other point: based on our experience, I would suggest not buying this chair if youre in a rush. It arrived a solid two weeks after the initial delivery date we were given.

Chips on legs
Arrived with 2 legs chipped and I hope this does not lead to a chair that falls apart easily. My son is using this chair for virtual school.
