Arrived with a couple of gouges in a front/facing piece of the headboard. Wasnt too bad to assemble. The fancy wrench included was very useful. Seems sturdy. Color and appearance are nice. Just disappointed in the damage. Im going to try to sand it and use some putty or a wood marker or something because its too much of a hassle to disassemble and return. Not all material shipped.
Assembly
This is my 2nd bed. My last bed was a delight to assemble and very easy to take apart when I was moving. I bought this knowing that they use very similar construction. Unfortunately due to the headboard, a big part of the assembly is different, and this complicates things a fair amount when doing a 1 person assembly. Still managed to work through it, but I wouldnt say its for a novice. It took me about 60 min.
Aesthetics
The final product looks awesome. Its a steal for the price in the end the construction quality is way better than some of the 400 beds on Wayfair. The bed is very sturdy. I am experiencing some creakiness near the headboard joints. Im gonna look into how that can be fixed. Thank you so much.
The very first piece we attempted To assemble started out rough. The dowels lined up but the bolt holes did not. We took a chance and removed the dowels and then the bolts lined up with the holes. We were concerned that we would run into more issues but we did not. We have 3 other upholstered beds and have never run into difficulty with assembly. The bed looks very nice and will hopefully be as sturdy as the others. Very functional.
For the price of the item I chose not to return it simply because it would be easier to keep it. HOWEVER, like many others who purchased this item, mine came damaged.
Another important thing to note is that the color in the picture does not match the actually color, it is much darker in person. It will work for the time being because it was a cheap purchase, however I will not purchase from this seller again. I do not like to receive damaged furniture. Super small!
The bed arrived with a defective part (would not assemble). After providing, videos photos, and around 5 followup calls with the manufacturer, finally got the replacement part. The replacement part itself arrived damaged (large scratches and dent). I have been unable to get in touch with the manufacturer now, despite repeated phone calls.
Im stuck with the bed, as its impossible to put back into the box and return it.
The quality of the materials is poor, doesnt hold up to the images and there are imperfections scattered throughout.
A pleasant surprise! I ordered this for my daughter and was quite skeptical because of the price. This company is aming! Every detail is accurate. The little things like covering the foam in plastic so you are not vacuuming for days, directions that a five/year/old could understand, even spare parts for when you simply cant find that last screw. I was so impressed that I ordered a second bed (Tricia bed) from as well for my other daughter. Now/ if they would only make matching bedroom dressers! Super.
The bed was pretty to put together even by myself. The wood is beautiful looking d9es not look like cheap wood. Will match alot of things as I get my room together. It is 12inches in height and I purchased a 12 inch mattress . Perfect height. Love it Great price and somewhat durable.

Frame broke after 3 months.
Headboard not as tall as the picture
Thought the headboard was taller, dont use a box spring if you want the headboard to appear higher Space saver.
