This is the most comfortable office chair Ive ever had! I am in the big tall category and this chair fits the bill. Assembly relatively easy with 1 tool thats included.
Just finished assembly of the chair. Im a little disappointed in the height of the back of the chair. I was hoping for a taller back. The measurement from the seat to the top of the back is 26.5. I am 63 and the top of the seat comes to the top of my shoulders. I was hoping to be able to lean back and rest my head as well.
The feel of the chair is nice.very plush but feels like it will hold up for a while. The seat is one of the first things to fail in my chairs.eventually im sitting on the wood base as the foam breaks down (I weigh 265 lbs). I feel like this one will last longer than a year.
Something that is going to drive me cry after not too long is the fact that the armrests are not even. One is almost an inch taller than the other. Im going to try it for a while, but this might end up being a second chair in my office.

I did have to do a modification to get it to comfortable. I am 6/1 260 pounds (some would say mostly cock weight) but have shorter legs, so I wanted to lower the chair more than it would allow. I figured I could remove the wheels and let the legs sit on the glass chair mat that I have. Unfortunately the center cylinder would be the low point so I had to raise each leg about an inch using wood and a furniture pad.
All is great now.
I dont do reviews, this is actually my first after purchasing from for close to a decade, this chair is aming, I was considering one from sams, but after much consideration, this one was larger, heavier, and more comfortable. It may be priced a little higher than others on , but it is worth every penny. comes very well packaged, VERY good instructions, if were stolen today I would purchase another tomorrow.
I bought this chair from a store. My main concern was comfort sitting in it for long periods of time (10+ hrs). I have had it about 2 1/2 years. The leather from the seat has started to flake off and gets all over my house. The hydrolics slowly gave out and now the chair will not stay in an up position. My chair also has a bit of a tilt. I will not buy this chair again. The seat itself is wide and I like the arms. My previous chair the casters broke after about 5 years. This one seems to be stable.
