From opening the box to finally sitting this chair, it was fantastic! I love the its firm, wide enough, and very sturdy! The color I chose was brown and it fits perfectly with my burgundy office furniture.
love this chair, nice and roamy. its well made, easy to assemble and the lean back is excellent does not feel like your about to fall out. the colour is more on the chocolate end, then the orangy brown end. this is a very nice chair for the cost
I used this chair for four years before the arm padding wore out a bit somewhere along the way I ended up dismantling it and buying a different chair from this same retailer, also listed as Big and Tall that didnt hold a candle to this chair. The other product was shakey and not stable and the arm rest actually broke out of one of the socket connections.
So I re/ordered this chair and plan to use it for another four years! What really sets this particular model apart from the others is that the back and the seat base have a solid metal connection between them as where some chairs just rely on the arm/rest assembly to hold those two part together.
Also the base is just less shaky than some other chair bases around this price/point.
In any case the only thing more I could really ask for with this is better armrest padding, it seemed to wear out and flatten faster than the rest of the chair.

The chair looks and feels great. It doesnt let you recline very far though. The chair is solid and was well protected for shipping. Assembly was a snap.

IT IS GREAT!!
My husband loves this chair. He spends 14 hours sitting at his desk. He now feels as if he is sitting in the arms of God. IT IS GREAT
